Please read all my review and let me know Thank you. Great customer service at this location. The manager Brandon, he’s a great guy. He’s always doing his best and what he can do on his manager title to help anyone so far with me he’s been great. He done everything what he can to help me out with few things that I had in the past And I’m sorry I forgot the name of the lady at this office but she’s awesome as well. She’s wonderful and Always have a great smile always doing her best to help. There’s two more people there always great on helping the customer service phones lines their name is Jayyed and Ali Always happy to help and I’m happy how they treat me. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Overall I’m just super happy with them that they always willing to help I’m happy that they work for this company they make a big difference at least to me. And the only reason why am giving 3 stars is because I want somebody from the upper management to look that it’s not fair that we are paying so much to rent the cars and we can’t not use the cars anywhere or any states like what I’m saying is that we can’t take the cars out of state because they want to charge us so much money I read on the Buggy website that it says if want to go to a different state all need to do is let them know, never said that have to pay so much money or any extra money but yet I understand somewhere in the contract that we signed it says that it’s only a specific for UBER purposes or rideshare purposes or delivery nothing else. I have rent cars from different companies and different states as well California and Nevada.. I rent cars before from different companies in San Francisco California, Las Vegas Nevada and I never had any issues or getting charged any extra money or penny by me using the car to go visit my family or to do my personal business going to a different state. Ali from the billing department. He was able to help me out when I went to California and I pay extra $100 for the dates that I stayed in California but I should’ve had not got charged anything because we already paying so much money to rent the cars and no other companies are charging extra money to use your car to go places or out of states. But anyways, I do want to say though this company allow you to use one car for all rideshare companies or delivery companies because the other’s rental companies you can only use the car for one of the rideshare companies. There are some FACTS about Buggy that are very disturbing.

1. The prices are much higher than other rideshare lease programs.

2. Customers CANNOT do lyft with their program.

3. Customers CANNOT leave the state of NV with their program.

4. The vehicle inspection is NOT included in your lease. You are instructed to go to a 3rd company and pay out of pocket.

5. This location DOES NOT have a local phone number of any sort. The "listed" telephone number goes through a call center in Pakistan. You will rec'v a poor experience.

6. There is a Buggy App. Customers are highly encouraged to use it if you happen to call their toll free number. The problem is.. the App works half of the time.

7. The vehicle maintenance is a pure nightmare. Buggy utilizes PepBoys. PepBoys, often, will require you to make an appointment even for an oil change. Then, PepBoys will not perform any service until they rec'v APPROVAL from a 4th party company called ELEMENT. The ELEMENT Co is, simply in business, to save Buggy money. Be prepared for delays. Example: your leased car has 4/32 tread remaining on a tire -- ELEMENT will deny the need for a new tire. More time off the road.

At one time, a PepBoys loc, did not have a car battery in stock. So, I went days with NO car. Buggy would not credit me for the missed days. Buggy would not even provide me a courtesy ride (from my home) back to...

I love it when I can give amazing companies 5 star reviews that are so well deserved. What you expect from a rideshare fleet is exactly what you get and beyond. The payments team is so amazing and they are always there to help me if I need it. Big shout out to them, they are all so great and it is very hard to have an entire team that is so extremely professional and helpful, it's almost like being family. Then Emilia is truly 2nd to none! She is so compassionate and enthusiastic about problem solving your issues and loves her job. Literally the best customer service I have ever had. I deal with her directly because I don't think it can get any better! She made me a promise on a vehicle and though it almost took 2 months, she called me right away when it was ready and kept her word. You can not pay enough money for that type of character attribute; I would not be surprised if she became VP or CEO one day of this company. Such an amazing team. This company topples the competition and brings much more value to drivers, especially here in Las Vegas. I am positive when these guys get Tesla's, they will ha e this market cornered for sure and probably put their competition out of business.
