Subway — Restaurant in Winchester

My daughter and I went to the subway to buy a sandwich( Foot long italian herb&steak with cheese and all veggies on side). Then I noticed that there were no olives in the sandwich and I asked the employee to put some olives. But my request was turned down. and then I wanted to get the olives in a small bowl. After paying the money, I have got the sandwich. the employee wanted to package the olives separately. Even though I told her there was no need and that I would put the olives in the sandwich myself. They didn't want to give the olive. I paid the money, I asked several times why you don't give it to me.? The other long-haired, arrogant employee waved her finger and said, "Get out of here or I'll call the police." First, I told her how you should talk to the customer in respect and that you should put your finger down. THE APP DOES NOT WORK AND WILL NOT LET YOU PAY WITH ANY PAYMENT METHOD, I WASTED AN HOUR OF MY TIME TRYING TO HAVE THIS MADE RIGHT EVENTUALLY I TALKED TO WILLIAM THE OWNER ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS ADAMANT THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED A COUPON TODAY AND THAT'S WHY IT WON'T ALLOW PAYMENT, WHAT?? IT EVEN SHOWS IN MY APP THE LAST TIME I PLACED AN ORDER IT WAS IN JANUARY! I REASSURED HIM THAT CERTAINLY HAD NOT USED ANY COUPONS TODAY AS I AM ABLE TO EVEN PLACE AN ORDER, BUT HE WAS UNWILLING TO MAKE ANY KIND OF ACCOMMODATIONS. Feeling really uncomfortable and disappointed with this establishment. I came in here with my 5 year old daughter today and there is a guy inside yappin about a drug deal and cursing in front of everyone being loud. The owner came in and seen him and didn’t do anything. The manager as well. I believe if this is where family comes to eat there shouldn’t be so much animosity. I did not feel safe having dinner here. Even though we are not in the best part of town I don’t think a customer should feel this way. Food was good though. I hope management reads this and makes sure customers can feel safe coming...
