Walked in with my wife and her service dog was immediately questioned by the manager (Brenda) not about what the animal was trained for but to see the paperwork once we were approved to enter the manager walked away leaving no one to take our order except the machine ( I realize that technology is over taking humanity but I personally would rather deal with a human than making my order at a kiosk) after placing my order a gentleman behind me had a walker and Brenda ( again customer service representative of the year) calls his name looks at the man and places his food on the counter I than offered to assist the man with his tray she (Brenda)than said where are you sitting. No sir or any courtesy of any kind. After about maybe 5 minutes we got our food it was typical Burger King overpriced and smaller portions but that's everywhere you go now. I returned to the counter to get ketchup but being as there is no counter person I waited longer for the ketchup than food. While standing there waiting for anyone to acknowledge me I observed (Brenda) putting orders together getting fries no gloves couldn't see any handwashing sinks to be able to tell when the last time anyone in there washed their hands.... Overall avoid this BK. And whoever hired and promoted Brenda to manager needs to have their job terminated. Read moreJust got off work and went straight to this location because it says it’s 24hours. I go to the drive through window & wait for 6 minutes - no one is there. I didn’t see a single person inside the building. I drove around & I called multiple times and they answer and don’t say anything then hang up. I left thinking they weren’t 24 hours. Turns out they are! I call one more time while I am getting my food at a different fast food place & an extremely rude lady answers the phone, doesn’t say her name or the name of the business! She just says the cross streets and I ask if they are open & she just laughs and says “Uh yes.”I was taken aback so I say “Is this Burger King?” & she says again with a not to be bothered attitude “ Yes don’t you know that, you’re calling right” Then I started to explain how I was in line and she hangs up on me in the middle of me talking! I am never coming to this location again. Horrible customer service! Whoever that lady is she needs to be fired immediately, that is not how you talk to customers! No people skills at all & pretty sure she is losing a lot of business. I attached a picture I took of the times I called. She would answer and hang up without saying anything, which I thought at first it was because they might be closed.

They issued a refund and have a DoorDash driver and me waiting (now 20 minutes in). I've counted at least four employees. One at the drive-thru took her order before she took a drive-thru order; I guess she gets to have a juicy sandwich. I waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes before I walked in. I wanted a BK breakfast so badly. 👎 If you're reading this, I'm probably still standing in line. As someone who has worked in fast food before, I feel bad for customers expecting lunch. It's 10:36 a.m. There are no fries or tots in the fryer. At this point, I'm assuming the employees just want everyone to walk out of the store. If my food is cold, I'm going to be pissed. I feel bad for the owner if this is a franchise, and I feel bad if this is a corporate operation. This Burger King deserves better, and the customers deserve people who came to help them get and keep their day going. This is my first experience like this to be fair to the workers however for me to be prompted to leave a review should give you a clue of how bad it is right now.
