Very tasty pizza. They have a spicy pizza that just reminds me of a flavor of something from my childhood and it is delicious. I've tried several different types and so far all are very good. The beer is nice and cold (always a plus). We had eight in our party and our server was wonderful. She made sure our pitchers of beer were never empty and as we ate she checked several times to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed talking with the owner and having some laughs, he stopped by the table to ask how everything was and he cleared some empty plates and pizza pans. It's not very often you go to a restaurant and the owner actually comes to the tables to make sure things are good. My husband and I frequent D'Arcs a couple days a week. We love the atmosphere and we just love the waitresses. The kitchen staff on the other hand has more to be desired. On Sundays it seems like they have more time to not pay attention to the orders. This is the third pizza we have ordered on a Sunday, and it is the third time our pizza has been burnt the whole way around the outside crust. I guess it's more important to stand watching the game on TV than keeping an eye on the oven. We don't want to go elsewhere for pizza. We’ve always wanted to try this GEM! I’d double my rating to 10 if possible!
The atmosphere, the wonderful people who work there, the attitude, the friendliness, the professionalism, the attentiveness to customers and let’s not forget the delicious menu items. What a pleasant dining experience.
The traditional pizza is outstanding, not to mention the homemade meatballs, sauce and delicious hot sausage.
No matter what the occasion, stop in, sit at the bar and have a beer in a frosted glass and take it all in. You will leave happy.
Also, the take out business is like no other. People in and out picking up food. All known by name.
