Burger King — Restaurant in Windsor

Some of the staff are great, others not so great. There is management issues as they are looking for a new manager and it shows with some of the staffs attitudes. The review is focused to the evening service/staff. Was a repeat customer and they barely act like they remembered us ever. Food takes forever to be made in times it clearly shouldn’t, at times it’s understandable to take more time based on variables like food type, number of customers and number of staff. I ordered 2 chick-kings and one was served with 1/3 a patty and when my fiancée asked nicely if it was correctly made they said yes even seeing the pathetic patty. It took me going back up and being more assertive about the issue needing to be corrected for a premium sandwich. 6 staff members where just looking dumbfounded and not saying anything to help correct the issue…. It took the cook to come around and see it where he apologized and offered to remake it, which I ranked him and appreciate him taking the initiative with customers service. Also the App doesn’t work for ordering here about 10% the time.

I ordered a couple days ago at around 9:30 in the morning, I wanted the egg and cheese biscuit and an egg and cheese croissant, I ordered delivery and honestly it may be my bad I should’ve known, but I feel like they should tell you it’s door dash, it took over an hour to get to me, and when I opened my bag it was just a croissant. I was just gonna take my loss and go ahead and heat it up, but when I unwrapped it, there wasn’t even egg it was just ham and bacon… I don’t eat meat. So I called and wanted to get it remade, but of course at this point breakfast was over :/ I asked if I could get an impossible whopper add cheese and some onion rings as a replacement. I got no onion rings and the burger had no cheese.

Today I ordered again (a pick-up order this time) I got the impossible whopper meal and I sent someone to pick it up for me as I was at work… they forgot my drink, by the time I was able to get my drink and eat my lunch it was cold :/

Several times I go through the drive thru and get asked to pull around my food isn't ready would tske just a moment. Normally takes 10-15 minutes. Well tonight i got my receipt at 9:23 order a whopper a chicken sandwhich jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks. I recieved my food at 9:58 and got nothing except" im sorry I had no idea" manager Mrs Phyllis I believed the crew member called her. Could only say the same. Being on the management team at my job I know this is extremely uncalled for. If I wanted to wait 35minutes for food I wouldn't go to a FAST food establishment. In the meantime the 3 other cars that were pulled behind me recieved their food very briefly after pulling around. Took me blowing the horn at a crew member to get their attention. Id rather come home at 10oclock and cook a full course meal for myself than dral with this. And my food tasted horrible I threw it away Wish I...
