Windsor Hardware — Local services in Windsor

The people that work here act like I'm a nuisance. I have asked the female owner about certain plants or products over the past few years and her responses are always terse and lacking in true customer service. Now I see the good ole boys who go in there and the staff fawns all over them. Perhaps this store has adopted the "we don't need your business" mentality among certain ethnic groups. I think I won't give them anymore...

Definitely on point with customer service. We are new to the area and I just wanted to browse and see what they offered. No less than five times while I was cruising the isles they made it a point to greet me and ask if I needed help. Most stores will do this from a loss prevention standpoint, but I did not get that vibe at all... they genuinely wanted to help. A very well stocked establishment with great service......

Love Hardware stores in small towns! Great selection of a little everything! The family who runs it, who I know personally, do a wonderful job of setting a good example for small businesses. Customer service is great and the staff is friendly and welcoming! Worth stopping in here!. When I work on my wood projects at home, this is my go to store! Well...
