CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Windsor

Been using this pharmacy the last 20 years. I sure miss Windsor Pharmacy and the old town feel and friendliness. There is no friendliness here. The staff is terrible and all seem to hate their jobs. Pharmacy techs are overwhelmed, abrupt and rude. The pharmacist Allison was the only friendly one around; however, I haven't seen her in over a year. I don't know if she's no longer there or rarely there. They do not answer phones, in fact, there is no way to get into contact with anyone over the phone in Pharmacy which in extremely difficult if you have mobility issues to make it to the store, go in, fight the tiny aisles and non existent space to stand in line for prescriptions to ask you question by incredibly rude staff members. I've watched the management team change numerous times and unfortunately they still haven't found a good one yet. Don't rely on them to have what you need in...

Well I thought the heavy set store manager was bad until I met the new guy tonight. Although I was greeted he became loud and rude to the point I wanted to get away from him as he was ready to go home and it was not 8 yet. He was loud yelling through the store for me to hurry up with my purchase he was shutting down his register and yet the pharmacy hadn't even closed yet. He locked the doors after me and was extremely loud and rude to my friend who was making a purchase as well and threw my coke in the bag hard . I tried to use one of your coupons that I got with my receipt the last time I shopped at CVS/ The coupon was for $4 off a purchase of $14 or more first aid items. I tried to purchase 2 Bleed Stop products, one a name brand and one a CVS brand. I was told that my purchased didn't qualify because it wasn't "First Aid" items!!! I'm not a Doctor but every first aid class I've taken STOP THE BLEEDING was one of the first items on the list!!! So, CVS is more convenient for me but I think I'll be checking out Walgreens. I'm pretty sure they understand what first aid is and would have honored the store...
