This is by far the best and most amzing Freddy's that me and my son have ever been to, ever!!!! I mean the food is cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the staff there deserve a lot more than just 5 stars they deserve that and then some!!! I had gone there with my son the week before last and the staff was so friendly and so positive and the food was delicious so much so that my son decided that was gonna be our new favorite place to eat on our "mommy and me nights" which we have once a week and usually on Wednesdays after his equine therapy. This b particular visit we both ordered Freddy's doubles and to add bacon, and we didn't get a chance to stop and double check because we were actually on our way to his appointment but checked it once we had finished his appointment and realized we were both missing our bacon!!! Now we live in greeley and were already almost home by then so I couldn't go back to have them fix it and I never got time or opportunity to call and explain what happened with our order so I figured I'd bring it up to them the following Wednesday when were gonna be out that way anyway for his appointment as well as for our mommy and me dinner and so I did. Now keep in mind it was a week later, and I was prepared to be told no or denied and only had hopes in getting possibly extra bacon added to these burgers and I was gonna order everything the same as last time and pay for it in full or if they took a little off for the bacon dilemma and even if they didn't, wouldn't, or couldn't do anything at all because of the time frame , and to my utter shock and surprise the manager came to the window and explained how technically it had honestly been too long of a time frame for them to normally do anything about it, however she remembered our order because she had been there that previous Wednesday helping with our order and so she remembered it and us, so I didn't ask for anything or expect anything more than maybe a few extra pieces of bacon or a little taken off the final bill and she said with a sincere and positive smile on her face that she was just gonna comp our entire order and basically remake everything but charge us nothing! I couldn't believe it we couldn't believe it I mean never ever have we been treated so well and the customer service we received from not just the manager but the young man who took our order and the ones who cooked our order I mean it was without a doubt the best service we've ever received anywhere and the topping on this amazing cake i ordered a caramel crunch cold brew shake and told the Manager, her name was Julie by the way, I wanted to pay for that as it wasn't part of the order from before and turns out it was something brand new to their menu and only their store to test it out and see if it does well so it can be permanently added to their menu, and I give my biggest and highest thumbs up to that because it was delicious 😋 it had chunks of heath toffee in it plus some very comforting cold brew blended into it and I loved every last sip, I had it gone in less the 5 minutes and thats even while getting instant brain freeze drinking it as fast as I was, but it was so good I just couldn't stop and when it was all gone I wanted to go back for a 2nd and 3rd! But sadly the store was already closed by then. So I definitely recommend this location to any and all looking for a great place to eat where I can guarantee the staff, and customer service will not disappoint and will leave you smiling from ear to ear, and me and my son both agree its totally worth driving from greeley each time to once again experience such amazing service and followed up with just as amazing food!!!!! Read moreI've been a Freddy's fan for more than a decade. It started more than 10 yrs ago when a location in Littleton gave my son, then in high school, a job and a start into his working career. I've consistently had good food and great ice cream treats. I no longer will give my patronage to this company. I've consistently observed the service slipping and especially the cleanliness and tidy, cool atmosphere that Freddy's once was. But the tipping point recently was the unfair, unprofessional, and demeaning treatment of my son as an employee by management here in Windsor. Because Colorado has skant employment laws, I can't really say his dismissal was unlawful. However, it's the typical corporate attitude that people are a commodity and expendable. I know the circumstances. As I said, I've been a customer for many years, but like many other businesses post Covid, Freddy's has fallen to the ranks of other big companies, and has lowered their standard of how employees should be treated. As I looked around during the three times I was in this location, I saw an unkept, hurried and chaotic environment. AND...observed new hires sitting at lobby tables,ie customer seating, doing training...ALL three times. Its a testimony to this location's priority of putting processes as a priority over people. And it's glaring. It's a testimony to this corporation's standards. So nope! No more! My son's employment scenario could have and should have been handled with integrity. It wasn't. So I choose to speak out share the truth to the Windsor public. My patronage to Freddy's is over, and I hope others in this growing area choose not to support this poor business ethic as well. Read moreWe pre-ordered our food on the app. It said our food would be ready in 20 minutes. We actually received our food about 45 minutes to 60 minutes later. They were not that busy, we got there about 10 minutes after we ordered our food and went inside to eat it. There were several times during our long wait where there were no customers at the counter ordering food. We asked one of the counter employees where our food was about 20 minutes after we arrived and she said she would find out but never did, we never heard from her again. We then waited another 10 minutes and asked another employee and he said our food will be right out. After waiting about another 15 minutes we went to a different window and found a manager, he was able to located and give us our food in about 5 minutes. He apologized several times. By this time though I think the food had been sitting for a little while, it was not that good, I have had food from Freddy's in the past and this was not as good as it could have been. Also it was early in the evening when we ate and it was getting cooler outside, the air conditioner inside was way too cold and sitting there for over an hour was not pleasant.
