The owners and staff are really great, the macarons are excellent, well the flavors I like are excellent, there are some flavors I don't like but it's great that they have such variety for various preferences. The only downside is that I would honestly buy them more frequently if they were slightly lower in price. I know it's nice to make it a special treat, but I end up buying them as gifts, because I think it seems like too much to spend for our family on any regular basis, but even as gifts, I would buy more gifts more often if the price was just slightly less like $25 for 12 instead of $30 for 12. I understand you pay for quality, presentation, consistency and not just for the product today but for the time and effort it takes to perfect these recipes and build a business, so I get it. But I thought I'd mention it in case it's potentially a factor affecting business growth. On a separate note, last year I bought, something like $1200 or so in cocoa bombs (3 packs) for gifts because Paige recommended them instead of macarons because of their shelf life. I really appreciated her recommendation and the quality, unique designs and shapes, and the presentation of 3 in a box. I want to support local entrepreneurs/businesses so I will...
Read moreI love Many Macarons Bakery. The atmosphere is so clean, and inviting. You're greeted by the nicest people you'll ever meet. I originally went in just to check it out but after a few minutes I knew I had to taste some of those delicious treats. We bought a 12 pack of macaroons They were all amazing and mouth watering but lavender, red velvet, saltwater taffy and princess sugar cookie were indescribably out of this world! As we were choosing our flavors Paige came out and mentioned her new sour dough cinnamon rolls were hot out of the oven and so we snagged one of those to. I had HUGE regrets that we didn't clean her out and buy them all. Everyone talks about Johnson corner's cinnamon rolls but if you really want your taste buds to thank you - get one of Paige's cinnamon rolls. No mater the drive , they are SO worth it. They've got to be the best in Colorado. period. We also picked up some hot chocolate toppers that were individually wrapped and honey sticks. I cannot wait to go back. thank God for Paige, I now know what I'm gifting co-workers...
Read moreI'm extremely upset with their level of customer service. I spoke to the owner twice today, before and after placing my online order. I called after placing the order, only to find out they only had 2 bags of mini macaroons even though I ordered 3. I allowed a substitution for regular macaroons because with the two bags of minis, I had enough to cover the number of attendees for my party tomorrow. The owner said she was setting them aside and placed my name on the order for pickup. When we showed up to pick up the order, we were advised that an employee sold my order. Their only solution offered was to pick from the stock left at the end of the night and pay full price for whatever they had or take a refund. There was no consideration for the needed quantity, other than "you can pay the additional for the quantity needed." I specifically came to this store because it's the party girls favorite place for macaroons, but after this service, I will never buy...
