This establishment does not care about the time or schedule of its customers. We’ve been playing an ELABORATE game of cat and mouse for three days now because of perpetual LIES being told from both the staff and managers. I’ve visited this store to try the chicken sandwich 5 different times in the past three days just to be told “It will be available tomorrow come back.” This last time I was told it would be available before noon, I show up right at 10:30 am when the store is suppose to open. The store doesn’t actually open until 10:42 AND they don’t even have a sandwich. They tell me it will be in stock later in the morning. I leave and call them later in the day. They say it will be available in an hour. I return after the hour and THEY STILL DONT HAVE THE SANDWICH! I ask again what’s going on and the manager Amber tells me come back in two hours it will be available. I sit in the store and decide to wait it out, and in the meantime I hear the staff five different customer’s different answers: it will be back in two hours; it will be back tomorrow; we don’t know when it will be back. At this point they have no credibility or respect of my time! This level of service is unacceptable. If you don’t know when the sandwich will be back just say that! Don’t rope customer’s along and sell them false hopes. They have wasted 3 whole days of my time, gas, money and patience....

Sorry but not sorry this is by far the worst experience ever not for Popeyes but for every fast food i have ever gone to in my 39 years. I thought i would give them a second chance maybe they had someone training months ago my first time here, I WOULD HAVE TOLERATED THE FOOD IF IT DIDN'T TASTE LIKE IT CAME OFF THE FLOOR THE 1ST TIME. like i said gave it one more shot. Tonight at about 630 coming home from work, i ordered for regular chicken sandwich with cheese. The women behind counter took a sandwich from the tray of already made, opened it and slapped a piece on. I thought again maybe she is having a bad day hope it will melt. Took a bite and very politely asked if the could make a new one or simply heat it up. One of the two women behind the counter rudely said what's wrong with your sandwich? I said can you please the cheese is hard i would like it melted. She sucked her teeth and said we do not heat up or fix food. I did not leave the store I took a bite in front of them. You just lost a customer that would have came here at least once a week.... on top of that all my friends will now boycott this place. Read moreWhere to start? This was our first time eating at a PopEye’s. Decided to try it because I had picked up a friend from the airport nearby. 1. Outside lights off making it look like they were closed The man taking our order (2 of us, identical order) definitely needed more register training. He had to have the order “over rided” 4 times to get it right. 3.Delivered the wrong drinks to the counter. One meal was completely wrong. The back kitchen area was a mess. Food on the floor and a huge puddle of water. The only good thing was that the dining room looked clean. I called the next day because both myself and my friend woke up with awful nausea and the nastiest diarrhea. We both felt sick for most of the following day. The lady who answered the phone, claims to be a district manager or a GM” she said she could refund the purchase by check or Apple Pay, but had to check with another manger out on vacation. 3 days later, she’s telling me only a gift card. Because we didn’t return the food. WTH….I would have loved to saved my sewer and drive 90 mins away to return your food! Calling corporate now.
