Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winfield Township

Extremely disrespectful and terrible service. I have ordered donuts multiple times and they give me the wrong ones. They continuously forget to give me my receipt, which I need to fill out the survey. I usually order a medium hot chocolate with two shots of espresso. I go here on a near daily basis. Today, I ordered the same thing, but received a small hot chocolate instead of a medium. I told the man that this was a small and I ordered a medium, and he rudely retorted that the tiny cup was indeed a medium hot chocolate. I rebuttled, saying that I went there everyday and have ordered the same thrift and have received a significantly larger cup. The man just appeared annoyed and angrily said the same thing- that it was a medium cup. I knew this to be a lie because I even consulted later with my friends who ordered the same medium hot chocolate too. Everyone agreed that the small cup I got was NOT a medium, but instead a small. I was furious, and the rest of the staff at the drive thru did not do anything about it. Instead, they stopped everything and gave me useless, blank stares. I was forced to drive off, paying the price of a medium drink for a small. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin anymore. Instead, I will happily visit the Dunkin in Crown Point. To the unattractive, bitter, incompetent and annoyed male employee at 6:45 am at the drive thru, thank you for ruining the start of my day and wasting my money. So I normally have a nice experience at this Dunkin nothing ever bothered me. Little mess ups here and there but today I am a little upset. Today I went thought the drive through at 10:22 am and ordered a medium pumpkin latte. I could barely hear the person Who was taking my order because it sounded like a lot of mumbling. My drink comes with whip cream and such. Today I look at the receipt and realize they charged me a dollar for the pup cup I ordered and I never have been charged for that before and whatever that’s fine but the cup was not even halfway filled with whip cream!!!! If I’m paying at least fill it up. Then I was charged 10c for additional swirl charge?!!! I’m assuming that’s the cinnamon and caramel they put on the top of the whipped cream which I also didn’t receive, but I was charged for. Very disappointing. As this is our only Dunkin here in Winfield, but I won’t be going back for a while and I hope the service changes because that is very disappointing. Typically, I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. I think they're coffee is brewed just right; so, good job on that note! As of late, I've been asking for light ice in my large coffee. Surprise, I never receive light ice. Contrary to their assumed belief, the point of the light ice is not to get more coffee. Although, I don't know anyone that would be opposed to that. The point is, I don't want 3/4 amount of ice in my coffee. If it takes me a few hours to sip on my coffee, now I have watered down coffee. This is not personal, people. If a customer asks for light ice, give them the light ice.
