Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Winfield

Went to this scooters, expecting to be disappointed. I live near a different scooters, and they’re horrible. I came down to Winfield to visit my niece, and decided to get us some drinks before our day of adventures. Wonderful lady named “JC” was at the window, telling me how she loved my earrings (I was a bit insecure because they were adult man shaped “🧍‍♂️“) and had a nice conversation with me, almost as if we were old friends, just catching up! I told her about my recent divorce, and how down I was. Instead of her being a normal teen (acting rude), she offered a lending hand. My niece took it pretty hard as well, because her uncle was her rock, and was soon to be out of her life forever. (My niece also works at scooters [Malieokekai]). JC offered to hang out with my dear sweet niece. I really enjoy coming to Scooter’s Coffee in Winfield, KS. The drinks are always delicious, and the service is usually fast and friendly. I appreciate the consistency and the welcoming atmosphere most of the staff provide—it makes starting my day with coffee here a great experience.

However, I do want to share one concern. On a few visits, I’ve felt uncomfortable when a particular employee (who happens to be my ex) has chosen to gossip or harass me while I’m simply trying to order my coffee. On one occasion, she was even on her phone at work and publicly harassed me on Snapchat while I was just there to get my drinks. I come in just to enjoy my coffee and go about my day, and I expect the same professional, welcoming service from all staff members.

I hold Scooter’s to high standards and believe this location can meet them. I’d love to continue being a loyal customer knowing that every visit will be positive, respectful,...

I asked if they could make me iced vanilla chai latte. Said they could make a version dirty chai. I asked if it could be skinny. Yes was response....tasted my drink on road and its was like drinking straight espresso, no taste of cinnamon , oh chai.... When I looked closer I should have known better never seen the drink I ordered that dark.😝🤔 $7.65 cant drink. Perhaps going forward if I go back only order...
