Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winfield

Came for the weekend from out of town. The lady asked when I paid “are you allergic to anything?” I then opened my taco and it Had a huge long curly hair in my breakfast taco Lunch I Got a bean burrito and I opened it up and it had beef all in it (can’t eat beef that’s why I got beans) Noticed I got double charged for the entire order $10+ ontop of what I spent Absolutely horrible customer service by the district manager Adrian when I called and was on the phone trying to fix these issues/refunds. District manager couldn’t find my receipt in her registers, I gave her the amount spent and the time on my statements, she said she couldn’t find it and that I’d have to come and swipe a card to get my refund back and that she couldn’t do anything without a recipet number. I asked for corporate number to fix these issues that she could not figure out. the district manager Adrian then gave me a Taco Bell store front number located in Colorado stating it was corporate And then hung up quickly.

Luckily JAN came to the rescue after I had called back and she kindly explained to me what she could do and then got my information to mail me a money order for the amount due. Thank you Jan for your amazing customer service. I appreciate your help in trying to figure it out. That is what customer service should be. Helpful and considerate. I will be waiting my money order in the mail about these issues. I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell if Im ever in Winfield KS again...

I live a lot closer to Jasper now, I will drive outta my way to go to the Winfield Taco Bell because they have ALWAYS gotten my order correct, they NEVER even have the smallest piece of cheese on my burrito, my food from there is always hot and actually really delicious. All the employees I've spoken to at this establishment were absolutely wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. When I say "a little bit of hot sauce and a lot of mild" that's actually what I get. Usually I go through the drive thru, but the few times I've been in the restaurant it was super clean and I was actually greeted! I'm sick and tired of ya'll always saying something is broken. It's gotten to the point where this Taco Bell is as bad as McDonald's in this respect. Just as McDonald's ice cream machine is always broken, this Taco Bell always claims their freeze machines are always broken. They've had 2 new flavors of freezes come out and nobody has ever tried one of them because that machine has apparently been broken since the day the flavor was released. Get it together. This is ridiculous. I'm ready to complain to corporate on this one because I'm tried of the busted machines, that apparently...
