I walked in and was ready to get a new iPhone 15 pro max upgrade and I wasnāt in there a few minutes and the āmanagerā , yes, the Iām correct, the manager was absolutely about as friendly as lint in a dryer!! I truly believe that they need to pay attention to who they hire and put in their stores to represent AT&T. This guy set the bar about as low you can possibly treat a customer! I drove a few hundred yards to Walmart, directly behind the AT&T store and went in and there was a Verizon/AT&T representative in there at the time in the electronics department, did I ever get lucky ! I bought a new IPhone 15 Pro Max, was treated with kindness, patience, and respect!! Thank you Jennifer!!!! While standing there to pay for my new phone, several other customers mentioned how they had been treated in that AT&T store by the very same store manager!! (Reed, I believe that was his name) stay away from there! This happened August 3, 2024 so it is quite recent. In my opinion, if youāre going to spend, over $1000 on a good quality phone, go somewhere you are treated with respect. Thanks for listening, Retired...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was not a good experience and I would not recommend the Winfield AT&T store to anyone. The young lady there told me I had to go back to Walmart to get my account fixed . I had it set up at that location, she shouldāve been able to help me. It should not matter where the phone was purchased or where the plan was set up AT&T is AT&T. She should have helped me. I believe the young lady was being spiteful for going to Walmart. My AT&T bill started out $150 for 2 lines a little over two years ago. Itās now up to $205. We never changed our plan. Every other month it was going up two or three dollars for no apparent reason. I would not recommend AT&T phone service to anyone that is on a budget and has to watch...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo be honest, it was terrible. I upgraded to a phone with a bad battery and I had the phone less than 3 days. First. I was told I was going to have to pay the restocking fee and mind you this is a defective phone, a phone AT&T was going to have to take back and take a look at. Then, I was told I had to pay the defective phone off in full before I could do anything. I had not had the phone 14 days AND it was defective. I took my products and went to Hamilton. No paying a restocking fee or paying off a defective phone. They were happy to swap out a phone and worked with the products I had taken from Winfield. Just do yourself a favor and...
