WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! Purchased a brand new Hoyt compound bow from the store in Winfield back in December of 23. The bow has been shot maybe 50 times and the string broke. I have contacted them and even went to the store countless times since January of 24 and have yet to receive any help or guidance. It’s the same excuse every time I call or show up. Sorry we have no one here in the bow department and do not know when there will be. For a store to be open 6 days a week that is ridiculous and down right terrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend...
