Not sure what is going on in the kitchen but, last week I had three failures. My cheese burger with Heavy Mustard only had Ketchup all over the bun 😲 and was a total mess. Twice on separate visits my Cheese, egg, sausage biscuit lacked cheese even though it was wrapped in the correct C.E.S. biscuit wrapper. The staff at the front counter have generally been good when I went inside or they came out for curbside service but, the kitchen is letting them down IMHO. It is a good thing they don't have similar competition because service misses in the kitchen like this would have me stopping at another fast food option. I wish them all the best and hope they get the kitchen staff to improve order accuracy and 'packaging' so you don't get things like a hamburger bun covered in Ketchup.
Update 12/26: At 4PM, I stopped in for a cheeseburger. 13 minutes later I was on my way with a cold hamburger. I was at the counter so, I could see about 6 other orders sitting on the board too. I believe my burger was created 'fresh' but, it was cold. So cold, the cheese didn't melt. I wish them all the best but, the kitchen needs some serious attention for basic food quality!
Update 1/17: Tried a double cheeseburger at 12:15 so, part of the lunch rush on a cold day outside. The wrapper was coated in grease on both sides! The cheese did not melt because the burger itself was cold. Not sure how you coat the burger wrapper in warm grease/meat drippings and get a cold patty with cheese that doesn't melt. I get everyone can have a bad day but, this is pretty bad. A dried out biscuit at 10AM I understand but, a cold burger and cold cheese in a grease soaked wrapper is just simply sloppy and...
   Read moreMy McDouble was RAW. I mean, pink, cold, raw. I had gone through the drivethru and was eating on my way home. I noticed it did not taste right. Looked and sure enough, it was pink. I don't mean a little undercooked pink - raw, cold, no brown around it, PINK! I called to say I was bringing it back. Guy on the phone said repeatedly "I can assure you we cook all our food to standard!" Well, I can assure you raw meat is NOT the standard! As soon as I walked in the store with the raw burger, before even looking, he stated again that their food is all cooked to standard. Until he saw my food. I said "clearly, this is raw!" Then he said "yeah, I can definitely see that". He went on to say they were taking their equipment apart to see what went wrong. I was issued a refund for the burgers only. They were polite after seeing the pink meat. But why was the manager's first response to say I was wrong?? I will NEVER go back this McDonald's. Please check your food before you eat it. I'm praying I don't get sick from the few bites I took before I saw it.

   Read moreI dont know what it is about this McDonald's. But, I feel like they're going down. The food came out cold. The fries were soggy and some were even stale. Then, I get home, and realize, that my husband's food wasn't even right. I specifically said, "on the break menu, can I get...." and it was the double cheeseburger with the small fry. Well, she rung up the small fry, and a regular cheeseburger from the dollar menu. My husband didn't have any problems, as he ate it. But we have had too many bad experiences, including me, waiting at the drive thru for 18 minutes before, because the woman said, "give me just a moment, I'll be right with you" and never got back to me. Then the manager told me, "next time you come through, I will make it worth it!". Well, that never happened. He looks at me, and walks away. My friend went up their earlier today. He got back and said the drive thru lady had the rudest attitude. She even huffed at him when he said, "give us just a moment.". I went there later on, and she was still disrespectful. 2 hours later. I even had someone slam the 2nd window in my face because he said what I had ordered, wasn't on the receipt. Because the woman didn't ring it up. So I said, just forget it. It's ok. And he slammed the door and laughed as he walked away....
