The inside if this place is filled with plants 😄 and they're all so healthy. The food is delicious, the staff are super friendly every time my boyfriend and I go. Their menu changes slightly pretty regularly, but I honestly think that's cooler than having one super massive menu with everything on it. This means that their food is always made with fresh ingredients, and trust me, you can tell. Speaking of fresh, their fresh bread is to die for!!! It comes with their chili which is heavenly and I believe vegetarian. It's a perfect little restaurant and such a refreshing change from greasy breakfast food, like Perkins 😬. The ONLY downside is they have some really strange hours. If you get the chance, you NEED to check...

I’m a bit of a coffee snob, and this was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The pastries? Incredible. There’s always a great variety, and you can tell they’re made with care—fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s just one of those places that makes you want to linger. Can’t wait...
Read moreVery good food, using locally sourced ingredients. I've been here a few times and I typically order the sunflower sandwich with the greens with pears salad. I'm not vegitarian, but this is a delicious vegitarian meal, and they have a lot of other vegitarian and vegan options on their menu. The prices are a little spendy for not a lot of food, but I think the price reflects the quality of the food and the ingredients used. I have had some friends from Europe who love their food, probably because of the fresh ingredients and intricate flavors. I recommend that everyone at least try a meal from Blue Heron if you're living in or passing...
