Very disappointed with my interaction!! We are buying 4 new kitchen appliances and really wanted to use our local hometown appliance store, that's why we made it our last stop. Walked in there were three employees sitting behind the counter and none of them greeted me. Walked around looking at the appliances for a bit, finally Deeandra?? (I think) walked up and asked if I was looking at refrigerators, I said we wanted to replace 4 appliances. She immediately visibly cringed when I said we were looking for LG black stainless appliances and said I would be waiting a long time for those, I told her I was aware that there would be a delay (at this point, she didn't offer me any kind of advice on what might come in faster or a reasonable alternative) she said to give her a few minutes to come up with prices. I told her that I had product numbers for what we wanted. She went and got me computer print outs of the appliances, I had to inquire about delivery, installation. No package deal, no talk of rebates, just more discussion of how long we would have to wait. When I asked her about rebates she again visibly cringed and said that they didn't have a lot of luck with LG rebates claiming that they are very specific to model numbers and that they found that they had to fight with LG to get them?? We had already been to three other appliance stores and none of them said anything about having issues with getting rebates and had already prepared us for having to wait for our appliances. It seriously felt as if I was an inconvenience to her. I was fully prepared to place the order today, but with the lack of service and the attitude that I was disturbing her I guess we will be buying from Karl's appliance in Onalaska.    Read moreI would also give zero stars if I could- this place is not only incompetent, rude , and extremely unprofessional⌠but they are absolute crooks as well! The only place I know that will make you pay for an appliance (or two in our case) and not give you the merchandise for another month down the road because their â booked out â for that long on installations and delivery! Then when the day comes for delivery and installation- the 2 guys that came to install it decided it wouldnât fit into the room they needed to get it into and rather than think outside of the box and maybe put some actual damn effort into the job these incompetent jerks left with our ALREADY PAID FOR FOR OVER A MONTH washer and dryer and are now claiming we need to order a different set and wait another 6â8 weeks plus who knows how much more for a delivery after it would arrive! And they say they are going to charge a 10% restocking fee if we make them refund out $2300 that was paid already for merchandise not recieved as of now still! They are ungrateful for the community that feeds them and keeps them in business! I do not recommend this place for anything! You would have better service and results at Loweâs or Home Depot! Save yourself some frustration by NOT dealing with ANYONE in that store! They all think they donât need anyoneâs business by the way they treat their customers!    Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would, not only is the lady that works there rude and disrespectful but they have the poorest business model I've ever witnessed for a mom and pop family shop. I didnt know a small business could be so biasly picky on who they help, we were very rudely told that they dont service Anything they didn't sell themselves because they 'have to look out for their own'. She then proceeded to tell us that they've had people say they were gonna pay with insurance and never pay them (we were approved to have our dryer serviced by our insurance coverage plan, and we're even recommended to speak with volkman by our insurance, guess I have to make a call to them and let them know not to send anyone here again as they are absolutely unwilling to help anyone who isn't "their own" or purchased from them) I guess they didn't hear my full voicemail I left and just stopped listening after they heard the word insurance. somehow even though i stated id be paying them first and being reimbursed i was still treated as if we were gonna stiff them and not pay after the work was done simply because we're using insurance.
