Winona County Historical Society — Attraction in Winona

It's very nice to see small communities take the initiative to not only preserve their history but present them in a fashion that is not only well organized but also interesting to go through. The admission is quite cheap ($5) considering that this historical society is operating in what appears to be a newly renovated building. The bulk of the museum is contained in a beautiful historic brick building with a main floor exhibit space and second floor gallery. I rented Wanek Hall for a baby shower and it was perfect! Connie made the reservation process so easy. I was able to view the venue before booking and Connie went through several table set-ups with me so I could see all the options.
