Well my wife and myself had gone through the drive through and ordered our food. I had asked the drive through cashier if the restrooms were still open. She told us yes so we got our food and I pulled up to the front of the establishment so we could use the facility’s. My wife went in and asked for the restroom key and she was told it was closed and to get out. There was a little boy working and he was very rude to my wife and as my wife walked out confused on what just happened all the employees were laughing at her and that piss me off but I know I can’t react the way I wish I could. We would have not gone in if the drive through cashier had told us they were in fact closed. The customer service is trash and as a manager or lead is to be of service to paying customers. I was disappointed but hopefully they will learn to understand that customers are the reason they have a paycheck and this goes for any business not just...
Read moreCustomer service at this locations is absolutely TERRIBLE. Drive thru employee couldn’t get our order right over the drive three speaker, so just stopped responding. We pulled up at the window and our order was STILL incorrect. While we were trying to correct it at the window she slammed the window and walked off. We parked and went into a dirty dinning area, where dipping sauces were removed from our bags after them being pushed at us over the counter. In an attempt to tell the manager her drive thru employee was rude and slammed the door she stated ‘she didn’t see her slam the window’ and walked off. I was ignored after by the employee at the counter when asking the managers name, when she came I asked her her name. Karen is as disrespectful as her employees. This happens everytime I go to this location. I won’t spend another time and it’s only because of the miserable staff they have...
Read moreI parked and was all way to the door before I saw the "drive-in only" sign. I get back in the car, drive around the building again only to find that the people inside can't hear me even though I'm yelling into the speaker. Luckily there is no one in front of me so I pull up to the window to place my order. The young woman asks me what meal number I want but since I wish to order individual items from the menu she can't understand me. She then goes to get a slightly older woman who understands me easily and completes the order. The chicken was not quite as good as a couple of their competitors but from what I could see, they were the only chicken place in this small town. To be fair, I thought their fried okra was very tasty. The people behind me were not as lucky and since they couldn't be heard either, they had to wait until I was finished before pulling to the window to place...
