Would be a five star, but the only problem at all is there have been from time to time homeless people who go in sit down and nod off. That makes other's feel uncomfortable. The only thing they can do better is to have a employee check dinning area at times to make sure they are not nodding off due to being under the influence of substances. If they are then requesting them to leave. I know it is not easy with the circumstances of that. This is with the understanding of both sides as I am recovery from addiction and was homeless. So I understand the homeless people side and I understand the business side the employees have to abide by. The only thing is that as business it is very important for safe friendly atmosphere for customers, and if the person is nodding off due to substances that can be dangerous as it is first sign of a overdose. Read moreI ordered an iced coffee with regular cream and regular liquid sugar. I got it with extra cream and sugar. I asked the employee at the window if she would kindly add some more coffee to my cup of sweet milk. "That's how we are supposed to fill them" -Employee, to which I politely responded, "I am sure it is but I would prefer it darker I like to taste the coffee and this drink is white." She took the cup inside the window and then passed it back to me while complaining about complaining, still without following through on my request for iced COFFEE and less sugary milk. Rather than make scene I made my own at the cumbys next door. While parked there I called to speak with a manager. The manager just happened to answer the phone. He quickly disconnect the call after i asked for his name. Idky a manager would conduct himself in such a way nor allow an employee to behave with the same disdain for customer service. I have worked in customer service, hospitality and food service for over 20 years and it's disappointing to say the least....
Read moreUnbelievably slow. Delivery window took forever. I got to the delivery window to see that my sundaes were made then placed in a carrier. Then she walked away for about 6-8 minutes then one bag a food was delivered to the window area but not given to us. She then went to help somebody refilling the hot fudge dispenser. I didn't time this wait. Then the happy meal was brought to the window area. She then gave is our food. After such a long time waiting for my hot food my frozen food sat on the counter melting. This made me a little bit cranky. Melted sundaes are not fun! Then an attitude when I was upset about that. She offered to remake them all, however I was in a hurry, the whole point of a drive thru is a speedy experience. This somehow never happens at this restaurant. Ice cream should be the last thing made not the first. This had been my 3rd horrible trip in this drive thru in the past 5 or 6 wks. I can't be the only...
