Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Waited 25minutes for our order of two sandwiches , a fry and a drink. Everyone before and after our order was served. We did approach the counter after 15 minutes and they said 3 more minutes . It did not happen. Though polite as always, waiting that long for an order has never happened before and it was not a satisfactory experience. They brought my husband a milkshake to apologize and though appreciated, we were in a hospital and waiting for a test. We actually did not have 25 minutes to waste waiting for our order. Next time, if ever, we will just request our money...

Does not prioritize speed as it takes a while for orders even with 3-4 people in line depending on who is working counter. Not trained like other chick-fil-a to get order in asap. Has cost me multiple breakfasts where I will show up 10 minutes early and have to wait 7+ minutes in line and have to go. Lunch line is abysmal and not worth waiting. Go down to the cafeteria where they're actually able to handle...

Usually I love this chick fil a, but today the lady working at the drive thru with curly hair was not the kindest. I did not get the usual chick fil a-employee nice attitude from her. I will still come here of course, but she did not start off my morning nicely. Also, I literally just got a gift card for christmas for chick fil a, and somehow there was “nothing on it”?...
