Starbucks — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Waited patiently in line for 20 minutes for the one item I ordered. Everyone that came in after me came and left and there I was still in the line. I finally decided to ask for a refund and the person says oh, I forgot to make it. Are you serious right now! You and the three others saw me waiting and never said did you get your order. Where is the great customer service??! It doesn't exist at his location which, I will not bother to go back to again. They couldn't even process a simple refund d of $6.37, I had to get it back in cash. I was also in a hurry sin e by husband is in ICU....

U can find this Starbucks n Baptist Hospital-North Tower right between The Main Entrance, Outpatient Pharmacy & Customer Service. The line is always out the door but the wait to place ur order & pay or to pick up ur order isn't usually 2 long. The drinks r always amazing whether I get frozen, hot or over ice. The madeleine cookies with or without chocolate are delicious. The muffins r ok but the bagels r sometimes 2 hard. They do provide little tables outside the store to sit @ while u sit, sip & relax. Just remember to have ur ID out & ready 2 get n the Hospital then head by here if...

I gave this one star in hopes of grabbing the attention of Starbucks' overlords; I received EXCELLENT SERVICE, today, but I was a little upset to learn that the baristas are not permitted to receive tips. How can you justify this?!

This is a HOSPITAL, where these ladies provide well-paid medical professionals much needed caffeine to get through long days. They offer parents, like me, an incredible comfort during immeasurably difficult times, and they do it with efficiency, patience, and kindness.
