Me and my family been coming to this place for a while, with dogs and without dogs; horrible to say the least this visit was, sharing with family and friends and 3 dogs, two of the puppy dogs started to growl at each other because they wanted to play. All of sudden the server Adonis in the middle of the patio she asked us to leave because she didn't feel safe, not to leave behind that even when we started ordering drinks her attitude was very pushy, we requested to have a separate table to keep the dogs apart and keep them off from trying to play with each other and she just simply asked us to leave or to leave the dogs in the car (unattended) which I believe is ilegal to leave the dog inside the car at 30° by himself. Adonis approach was very unprofessional, she was rude and definitely very bad customer service. Is unfortunate since the food is great. I feel bad that to leave a bad review due to a bad server. If you a PET lover please avoid this place. Together we can make sure server like this respect customers. Not coming back until Addison is no longer employed. Kudos to Allison, server that came outside and tried keeping us from leaving showing much appreciation to our 4 legged love ones.
To the Owner's response: Our dogs never went at the server; we actually took one of the dogs outside as soon as they went at each other looking to play since we had them on leashes. We actually told the server that we wanted separate tables for which she declined and she just asked us to leave.
Appreciate your fast response, we did found a spot that really appreciated our 4 legged ones, we sat on separate tables and enjoyed our...
Read moreI took a friend of mine for dinner to celebrate her new job. Our actual server, Angela, was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. And the food was excellent also! That is why i'm giving it five stars. But I had called ahead to see if I could bring my puppy if we dined on the patio, and I was told that was fine. Upon arriving, we had to wait for a table which was fine. When we were seated, I had my puppy sitting in the chair next to me as she was very nervous with all the people And the loud noise. I am trying to train her to be a therapy dog at an assisted living facility for seniors and want her to have public interactions. Our server had no issue with this, but another server came by And was very rude and told me she could not be in the chair. As I was trying to move her to the floor I put her on my lap, and the server continued to tell me she could not sit on my lap And I had to put her on the floor. I was continuously apologizing and trying to move her and she was like "this is where people eat." I work in food service in senior living and totally understand that But also, if you're going to be dog friendly there should not be an issue with a puppy sitting on its owner's lap. And if you're cleaning your tables properly, then it shouldn't be an issue with the puppy putting its paw on the table for 5 seconds. She could have been much nicer, asking me to put the dog on the floor but she was very rude. Had it not been for celebrating my friend's new job, and the wonderful service from our actual server, I would have gotten up and left. Please train your servers on how to appropriately speak to...
Read moreI do not write many reviews but here goes. Place is neat looking. Very cool outdoor/patio which welcomes dogs! Menu looks astounding with many great reviews I was reading as we waited. Upon arrival I instructed the hostess I have 7 people and a baby. I was told 30 minute wait. About 45 mins later I asked again and they told me they were waiting on some tables to get up to seat such a large group. About after an hour and 10 mins I came back inside to ask if I could bring in a pup and was told yeah it was okay and that our table was ready. So my table was a table for four and they added three chairs. Meanwhile there are about another 6-7 tables both 2 and 4 seaters empty. Confused about what I was looking at I waited to see one of the waiters. So if I asked for a table of 7 and a baby what makes you think a table of four with 7 chairs will do? I eagerly asked the waiter if I may move a two person table to accommodate our party after I’ve already waited 1.5 hrs. I was told that he is not able to do so. He explained that someone does not allow them to do so. Again confused by the response and the gesture. Maybe trying to accommodate seating other waiting guests but the total number of people in my party deserved to be seated generously. I will not say anything about this place other then that the staff it which I interacted with briefly were rude and an establishment like this was not accommodating. On a better note Nick the valet guy was a gem of a person! Wish you all the best in the...
