This is the worse service I've ever had. I was a regular, but I don't see myself buying any more pizza from dominoes. I had the offer for a free pizza and decided to use it because I didn't have any food at home until I get paid. I placed my order around 11pm. I received a text saying Lucas in on the way around 1130. So I'm waiting and I look out the window to see if I see a delivery driver because some drivers have a hard time finding my house. Its pushing 12 midnight this is when the location closes. So I called and the manager kenzie answers and the first words out of her mouth was " we are closed!" she sounded angry and agitated. I informed her that I placed an order and was wondering if they were still on the way. She told me that they canceled my order due to the fact that the driver was unable to find my house. She told me that she called me and he called me but there calls went to my answering machine. I asked her did either of them leave a message and she told me "No" I asked her did they send me a text message to let me know they couldn't find my house and she told me " No". The whole time on the phone with her she was inconsiderate and emotionless towards me. I understand she wants to go home but treating people the way she treated me is unacceptable. I asked her what am I suppose to do now? But she told me that my free pizza will go back on my account but she did not realize that I haven't eaten all day and this was my only meal I had to look forward too for the night. I've never felt like this about a restaurant before but I honestly will not ever eat here again. The manager kenzie needs more training as a manager hopefully you all record the calls so you can see how your manager treats people.

Read moreI rarely ever leave reviews for any kind of place, but I have to make an exception for this Domino's. I ordered three times, and every single time there was an issue with my order. The first time, they never delivered it and when we called the first time after 45 minutes, we were disconnected after several minutes on hold. We called back after 1hr and 20 minutes, and we were connected to the franchise. The worker asked "an old man didn't deliver that a while ago?". They remade the order and it was delivered an hour later. The second time I ordered, they took double the delivery time. The third time, it was being "prepared" for an hour, I called after 60 minutes and they said they only had two workers but more people were coming in and they were making my order now. It's been another hour now it said it was out for delivery 40 minutes (the store is less than 10 minutes away from my location) and I have yet to receive any communication. I've called twice and I've been on hold for 10 minutes now. I honestly suspect this is an issue with management because every time I call and actually manage to get through to an employee, they apologize and say they don't have enough workers/drivers. They should really take less orders or close down if they can't provide customers with a warning before they place their order about wait times and worker shortages. It's so frustrating and I will literally never order from this place again. The reviews on Yelp are worse than on Google by the way. The food was decent once it arrived, but it was definitely not worth the wait and frustrating customer service...
Read moreI ordered (for delivery) a Medium Pacific Veggie pizza and specified NO ONIONS. I also ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. My friend (who wanted the pizza) had to pick roughly 1/2 cup of raw onions off of it! Despite removing the pieces, the onion flavor remained. Also, the first time I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, I was very impressed - delicious and very full of meat. However, THIS time there was almost no meat - only about the equivalent of two strips of bacon, but there was a ton of cheese ... yuck. It was late at night so I didn't call to complain until the next day. I got a so-called manager who mumbled that he wasn't the manager on the night before and anyway, I was supposed to call within 2 hours of delivery to get the "insurance". I didn't know about any "insurance". He said, "Well it's on our TV ads". So what!? The food was lousy and I was making a complaint! He kept mumbling about not knowing anything about my order which he claimed he couldn't do anything about anyway. I'm in marketing and customer service, and this treatment was abhorrent. I've ordered from this particular Dominos for years; never again. I will spread the word that this store doesn't understand what good customer service is. Oh, and to top that off, a few years ago, one of their employees, who lived on Polo Road, copied down my credit card number and tried to order remote control toys from a business in Boca Raton, FL, for about $600!!! Cost me time, money, and aggravation trying to straighten THAT mess out. I hope you are reading this, you Domino's...
