Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I went there one afternoon through the drive thru. The young ladies voice was nonchalant, but rushy. She gave the wrong total for the order, so I said" it's what?" Her response"my bad". I ordered ice cream and the person with me ordered the ice coffee drinks. The ice coffee drink was fine I'm told, however my ice cream of two scoops was a scoop and a half or half scoops made to look like two. I assumed it may have been a mistake because it was busy and I really like the products. Usually I get great Customer Service and I get what I pay for. So I returned on the 14th of November. This time they didn't have enough of the ice cream selection I chose, but they were kind and let me make another choice. Again the ice cream looked as before. Now my second visit was with the kind and helpful staff that I'm use to seeing. There's also a red haired African American young lady that's extremely helpful and kind. I'm just wondering if this is a normal change for the company when they're charging about $5.00 for two scoops. The products they offer are delicious. I gave this location another chance and I had a gift card but whiever is working there either changed pace or its new staff. My drink was made perfectly and service was great. They had espresso to make my drink too. Im appreciative and had to update my review. I left my previous review below but now I am giving this location 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

Previous review: I went here twice and was disappointed twice. Yesterday I went around 7pm and went to the drive thru and nobody answered to take my order. The place looked closed but wasnt. I went to the same location today and was told they couldnt make a latte because they have no espresso. How do you run out of espresso and you are known for coffee.......... Anyways smh i ordered an iced coffee and its so much sugar in it I may need to check my blood sugar and im not even a diabetic. Whoever you are that manages this location, please get your employees better equipped. And if you can't promote change Im asking for your Director or CEO to make some changes because this is the closest...

I definitely can't recommend this place. Side road coming in and parking lot is a pot hole minefield. The narrow drive thru has a massive pot hole right where your tire has to go. But once you realize it's there, you're committed and can't get out without driving through it. They keep the lobby locked, so you can't go inside to look at the donuts. Girl taking my order didn't know what a "white milk" was. Luckily someone else inside overheard me asking for milk and corrected her. Donuts were terrible. My "strawberry" donut barely had any frosting on it. I think they mixed the frosting wrong so it was like liquid and all came off. My blueberry glazed donut was dry and hardly had any glaze on it. The cookie butter donut was super hot, but seemed undercooked in the middle. There was hot watery cinnamon liquid pouring out of the middle. That liquid seeped through the cardboard box container. It definitely was an unpleasant experience....
