First-Time Visit – Definitely Not the Last!

Being from another state and staying in a local hotel, we were in need of some quick hot pizza. Marcos was suggested and since this was our very first time trying Marco’s Pizza, let me tell you—we didn’t know what we were missing! We visited the Jonestown Road location in Winston-Salem, NC, and everything from start to finish was top-notch.

It started with their easy-to-navigate website packed with great specials and even better prices. Seriously, fantastic value. The staff at the store? Super friendly and welcoming. The woman who helped us treated us like longtime customers, even when I got a bit confused about how things worked—she never missed a beat and stayed kind and helpful.

Now for the pizza. We got a Specialty Pizza and a 2-topping large. My son ordered The Works—loaded with fresh, flavorful toppings. I got a Thin Crust with Italian Sausage and Old World Sausage—YUM. What really impressed me was how customizable the whole process was. You choose: • Your crust (Thick, Lite, Thin, Original, or Cauliflower), • Cheese base and side of pizza (great for sharing), • Sauce type and amount (pizza or white sauce), • Bake level (Well Done or Light), • How it’s cut (no cut, triangles, or squares).

Plus, you can add sauce cups—I highly recommend the Garlic Sauce!

It’s a real pie, and it only took about 10 minutes. We picked up ours, and it was hot, fresh, and smelled amazing. We took it back to the hotel and devoured it—crispy crust, melty cheese, and tons of flavor.

They offer pickup, limited dine-in, and delivery through services if you’d rather stay in.

As you know out in Lewisville once it hits 8-9pm everything and I do mean everything is closed or about to close. I was visiting friends and got in off the road later than expected. We decided to order out and discovered this Marco's was one of the only pizza joints open.

I found this Marco's online and also made my order online as well and it couldn't have been simpler. We ordered two pies. The first was called "The Works Pizza" which is pretty much a Supreme Pizza with Italian Sausage added to it. The 2nd pie was called "The All Meat Pizza" which you can guess is a Meat Lovers.

Delivery time wasn't log at all. Maybe about 30 minutes which is pretty good for this neck of the woods.

Upon arrival both pizza's were built very well with the toppings evenly spread across the entire surface of the pies. I thought they looked so good they could have been used in a promo. The the dough was fresh and the toppings were also high quality. Dinner was wonderful.

Last but not least the drivers (there was two in the car) were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again in the future when I visit Lewisville. An...

Pay with a card. They will steal your cash money. Went in to pickup up cinnamon bread. Received without the frosting. Asked about the missing frosting. Counter clerk (sitting, on phone) did not know if it came with frosting. She looked at the register for a graphic to determine as if to determine if a cinnamon bread poduct comes with frosting. Asked for fresh product with frosting. Denied. Asked for a refund. Denied. Was asked to leave store after having not receiving product or refund. Also they did not honor or acknowledge their coupon for pizza.

Bad business model, obtaining property under false pretenses, theft by taking, horrible customer service at counter and with co worker, substandard food product, ineffective communication, counter person sitting and fully engaged with her cell phone, store manager unresponsive. ..all for less than
