In my experience with ones up North and down here the service and food overall are impeccable. The staff at this particular one is amazingly friendly, kind, polite and on top of the game which is why I gave them a four star rating. Like most places however all it takes is one bad apple to spoil it for the rest and that is why it wasn't a full 5 star rating. There are two specific staff, both management, one unfortunately the actual manager who are awful. I have worked in customer service my whole life and had I dared treat regular customers like my family and I have been treated I would have been fired immediately. Your customers are what keep you in business and your regulars should be getting treated with a slightly more special level of service for being loyal customers which means them regularly spending money in your establishment. That is not the case here and the owner of this particular franchise is supposedly the one encouraging the piss poor behavior from his managers. If we come in there 8 times a day and say just charge our phones some.of those times BECAUSE we are good customers I don't expect to have your manager walk up to me, speak down to me with an attitude and disrespect not to mention the fact his exact words were that we couldn't keep leaving and coming back...huh? So are we supposed to move in? Is this not what every customer does? I don't care what issues your having with other people coming in there that's not with us, we are daily good paying customers . You need to take up your issues with those people and not treat everyone the same. You do indeed have cameras so you can clearly see who is a problem and who is treating the environment and the staff with respect...oh yeah it's the regular customers you were so rude to FOR A SECOND TIME. I'm tired of trying to brush it off and just not say anything to keep the peace and affording you and the owner with grace while you treat people like trash and God forbid you were to say anything because then your banned and the cops are called. Everyone thinks the area I come from are an awful bunch of snobs who just naturally mistreat people? They'v have nothing on the individuals that do business down here. I waited 11 minutes before I even pulled up to speaker I was promptly greeted with a “please wait to give your order” at which time I waited another 8 minutes. After finally getting to the window I paid and sat for another 6 minutes before I easiest to pull forward to a parking space and at which time I politely said no and that I would wait at the window for my food. In my experience from this location, the food gets walked out and the person doesn’t wait to see if the order is correct or if you need condiments or anything and that is why on this occasion and the amount of time spent I said that I would wait at the window(forget that drive-thru time score) I’ve just spent 27 minutes in your line and didn’t feel like spending another 10 while other customers would be getting rung up and getting service inside while I’m waiting. The manager on duty Sunday 10-8-2023 needs more training especially on de-escalation and safety of staff. He cussed at me because I said no to not pulling forward, threatened to throw something that was in a cup in me and into my truck spitefully rang up more customers before processing my refund. The final non professional act was this guy throwing $2.36 in actual coin change at me through my car window after I had snatched $11 in paper bills out of his hand because he was acting as if he wasn’t going to give me my money. To the district manager, regional manager and owner I would just hope that you read these reviews and work towards righting some of the things that are beginning to look like bad habits. Read moreThe only reason why I'm giving this a 2 is because the lady who took orders recognized what happened and went to correct it.
I ordered a large fry and a cheese burger with extra pickles. There was a group of students and a couple of workers who came in after me who ordered. Everyone had gotten their order before me. Then the lady who took orders asked for my receipt and it turned out that my order was deleted from the screen for others to grab/make my order. (This was about 10 minutes after I ordered)
After a new receipt was made to finally make my order. I got my food. (This was another 5 minutes for the food to be made)
When to sit down to eat, and my "extra pickles" was only 1 more pickle from the 2 that are allotted on the burger originally. I was going to be fine with that because I understand schematics, however the lovely lady who recognized that something was wrong went to right this wrong. (Took another 5 minutes)
I honestly am amazed that it took 20 minutes to do just a cheesburger with extra pickles and a large fry.
I'm very grateful that this ONE lady actually paid attention, and made sure this wrong was righted. Latoya, thank you. You made me a priority and I'm glad someone like you takes pride...
