This place now has terrible management. They need to get Greg back or someone who actually cares about their customers and whether drinks are being made properly or not by their baristas. The Jonestown Starbucks use to be the only Starbucks my family and extended family would go to but things have drastically changed. When you actually take the time to let them know what the baristas are doing wrong in making your drink and the managers response is quite rude and then did not include the actual issue that was wrong when explaining it to the barista, it's pointless to have the drink remade. The last drink was made three times and we left with an incorrect, terrible tasting order. This is now the fifth recent visit that I've had that the order has been made incorrectly. What's the point in having a drink remade, when they refuse to listen to make it correctly. If you order a Frappuccino, the Frappuccino gets Frap Roast. All Frappuccinos have to have Frap Roast. If you don't use Frap Roast it's not a Frappuccino. No matter what else you add to the Frappuccino you still make the Frappuccino the same, With Frap Roast. If the barista leaves the Frap Roast out the drink tastes horrible! Frappuccinos are undrinkable without Frap Roast! We've all decided we will not be returning to this incorrect and poorly managed Starbucks. Read moreI’ve gone to this starbucks a couple of times, and every time I leave with an incorrect order. Ever since I started going to starbucks, I’ve always ordered the same thing - white chocolate mocha with extra espresso, so I think Id know when it tastes off. Every time I’ve gone to this store, knowing it’s super busy, I try to do an online mobile order, and I wait a solid ten minutes before I even get into my car and drive over. Every time, I still end up waiting 15 minutes, making me have to rush to work and not being able to wait another 10 minutes for the right drink. Today I witnessed three or four employees busting their butts trying to get orders out. I also noticed two drive-thru employees stand around and gossip, watching everyone else work. Now, I don’t presume to know how to do what these employees do every day, and working with the public is hard, but I would think that if the two people who were standing at the drive thru were making drinks, then y’all would be able to get drinks out faster, and because you have less wait time and less pressure for the three employees busting their butts, you would have less mistakes. So long story short, y’all know this is a busy store, y’all know you have long wait times, so either utilize all your employees or hire more.

Read moreI went to this Starbucks today to study. I was so disgusted with the cleanliness of this place. A majority of the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned off in days. The floors looked the same. As I walked up to the counter to order, I looked in the food case to see what treat I wanted. There were fruit flies flying around and sitting on the food, thankfully the food is wrapped and those are not the actual items that are being served. I asked the cashier if she could wipe off the table so I could sit at it. I walked over to grab some napkins and saw the trashcans overflowing with trash that looks like people brought in from outside. There was a caution sign on the floor with coffee spilt and partially dried. It had definitely been there for over an hour. I went to pick up my drink that was made quickly (only reason I gave them 2 stars). The counter where the drink pick up is was filthy. The mats that the drinks sit on also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned off in days. I usually only go through the drive through at this location. This is the location closest to my house, but I will definitely be switching to the other 3 that are on my drive into work or within a 10 minute drive of my house. I didn’t bother...
