Arrive, inside is full and front outdoor seating, so we sit in the back outdoor seating with two toddlers (with the fans running when it’s cold and rainy).

After 20 min we finally find indoor seating. We go in. I ask about our wait- we aren’t on the list. We are offered to go to the back of the line- another 20 min and we can’t make our kids wait any longer. We walk out w our toddlers having a meltdown on the way to the car.

I called to speak to manager again- said I didn’t feel any customer service was actually performed. She said over and over to any feelings I shared “well our policy is to not take reservations over the phone”. I said I understand that’s your process, but someone on your team didn’t follow it and it’s not our fault, and we should have been given a table for waiting. She never agreed she should have done anything different. Managers are paid to handle things out of process- she didn’t. She is getting paid- but not for any customer service. I know our issue is unique but the fact she said 5 times we could only be put to the back of the line just makes me feel like “what is the point of having a manager?” And “customer service just doesn’t exist anymore”. Phone call ended with no service. Nothing done. No reason to want to return to...

I do love going to the Breakfastime Hanes Mall Blvd location, and the food is generally delicious. I would definitely return here again, but I would still like to note a few things about this place that are good to know if you haven't been here before. The food is generally delicious as I said, and the shredded hash browns (I usually have onions added to them), the Breakfastime Burger, and pretty much the entire list of breakfast combos/platters are all my favorite foods here. Some things I don't like as much, such as the bacon and sometimes other meats, as they can be a bit tougher (though it's usually just the bacon, I have had slightly dryer pork, but not too much, and it still had a great flavor). The staff are very friendly, HOWEVER the wait times can be atrocious due to the popularity of this restaurant. I usually come after the main crowd of breakfast, or around brunch. The prices here are in a range generally between $4-$10, depending on what you order, so it isn't exactly the lowest price, but the portions are quite large, so I believe it's worth it. Finally, the atmosphere is absolutely AWESOME, with the entire outside and inside of the restaurant having a breakfast/rooster-esque theme, with many metal signs and rooster sculptures. I have always been a fan of this restaurant. However my experience yesterday was HORRIBLE! Myself along with the 15 others who were with me will never return. Apparently the waitress staff was unable to accommodate the large party and if we had been told this we would have found another place to have brunch after my sons early morning graduation. Our waitress was RUDE, one waitress spilled beverages on herself and one of my family members and got an attitude as if it was our fought and never returned. They messed up several orders. Visibly showed irritation when asked for silverware, syrup and other condiments. We were seated in 6 different individual tables outside. The food wasn’t hot when served. We never received refills and when we did it was water poured into sprite because waitress wasn’t paying attention. When this young lady brought out the tickets she just placed them on a table and left without notifying us they were ready. She was very rude to most of the party including my grandfather. She rolled her eyes so much I thought they were going to get stuck. When trying to pay it was even worse. The poor ladies at the register were so confused on what was written on the tickets it became another ordeal.
