Subway — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Almost 100% of Subway restaurants are consistently Great! I have eaten at least 35 different Subways all over NC from the coast to the Tennessee line for easily over 2,000 subs & numerous salads for over 40 years. They are very healthy ‘If’ you don’t get high saturated fatty meats, cheeses, soups & cookies and get their highly Nutritious veggies. They have highly health & flavorful item options, such as the various chicken meat choices, their ‘multi-grain’ sub rolls (freshly baked daily on-site & composed of over over 50% whole grain &, of course, the widest variety of healthy veggies (including avocados) of any national fast food restaurant chain in the US. However, Without notice, the Robinhood Subway has been closed during peak lunch/dinner hours, many times, with absolutely ‘no notice’ prior, to long-time customers or posted on their door, as to why, or as to when open at any future date!! I was told the reason was they couldn’t get enough employees to cover the time. However, during the same time, after the pandemic, I also, visited a number of other subways in Winston-Salem, and found that no other subways closed like this at any time that I frequented those...

Had an issue with price difference from the app compared to the in store prices and the manager was so combative and very rude to me. Will never recommend to anyone because as a manager you should be able to discuss a customer issue without getting defensive and talking over them. There's a lady there can't remember her name but she serves me everytime with nothing but kindness. Also had a issue with her burning bacon then wanting to argue that the bacon wasn't burned in front of other employees the funny thing about it was that the other employee said it was burned as well. Manager seems to lack a lot of necessary skills as a manager. I'd never work for someone who will treat other like that. She also told me to leave because I questioned the prices....no one treated bad her, no one harassed her but she proceeded to have me leave because she didn't like to be questioned about the prices. She really needs some work as a manager very bad customer service. Just got the sub yesterday for 9.99 she went and charged 13 for the same sub today. She's just not a good manager the young tall lady should...

I’ve never rated a restaurant on google before. My son and I went to this location around 2 o’clock and we were the only people there. The girl who was working was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. We’ve been going to this location for years now. We’ve always been treated well until today. I didn’t even bother letting her make our sandwich. She was miserable from the start. She acted like we were a nuisance and continually rolled her eyes. Just blatant disrespect. God forbid you order a sub at a subway. We went to the location on Reynolda rd instead. The lady there was by herself and it was very busy. But she was kind and professional throughout. The complete opposite of the girl at the Robinhood location. We’ve been there dozens of times but wont be returning. They don’t deserve my business. Just absolutely disgusted with how me and my eleven year old son...
