Subway — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

The published store hours of this restaurant are meaningless. I checked their store hours and their published hours for last night said open until 9pm. So I made a choice to leave my house and drive to this location and pulled in at 8:40pm. I see the lights are off already and I find an employee standing in the doorway already turning away another customer telling them they need time to clean up and leave by 9pm. There was at least one other employee inside so they weren't understaffed. They obviously do not understand the difference between store hours and working hours. When I just called the manager to express my displeasure with this wasting my time because they weren't opened as published, he gave me excuses that it says on the door, which cannot be seen on the internet, hours may vary and then he insults me by saying I'm wasting his time with my call. Obviously his time is far more important than his customer's time. I won't waste any more of my time ever again here. DO NOT give this location...

Never had a problem at this location until recently. Placed an online order, picked it up, returned home to find out my bread was hard as a rock. Contacted the "manager" Juan, who tried to explain it away due to the bread being toasted, like that was a valid reason for my sandwich to be like a baseball bat. The audacity of this kid. Was told to return to the store with my food and it would be remade, but who has time to make multiple trips for something that should've been quality check prior to it ever being handed to me? Thanks for my last experience at Subway Juan, you single handedly did this. Y'all really aren't that great for me to waste my hard earned money on when there are other sandwich places that are much better and actually take care of...
