The New Yorker Pizza Wings & Pasta — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I have always ordered from The New Yorker Pizza and they always had good services. Differnet people are maganging this store now and it's not the same. Yesterday I ordered chicken alfredo to be delivered to my job. The lady told me it would take maybe an hour and thirty minites for them to deliver my food. I had already given them my credit card info. So I told them that I will pick my order up because I only have an hour for lunch. I get there and give the lady my credit card not knowing she had already ran it. She says oh it's paid for. I then asked her did you take off the delivery fee? She stuttered saying we not going to charge you a delivery fee. I get back to work pull up my bank info and they had taken $16.90 which included a delivery fee and other fees. On top of that the food was horrible. The sauce was watered down and the chicken did'nt have any flavor. Wasn't able to call them back because I didn't get off work til 8 p.m. So I call the next day and spoke with a gentleman and asked him do they do refunds, he said they did not. I go on to tell him that I was charged a delivery fee and wanted to speak to the manager. He tells me the manager is not there. I asked for the manager's number he said the number we was talking on was the manager's number. I will never order from them again I told the guy that was Olive Garden prices atleast the food would have tasted better. Just watch what you order...

Disappointed because I called the restaurant for a delivery for a few subs and a pizza. I was told I was "WAY OUT THERE, and they wouldn't deliver my food. Once I got on your website and saw that you participated with Slice, I checked to see if I was within delivery distance and the app stated that I was. I have heard Great things about this "pizza place" and being in an unfamiliar area since my recent move, I wanted to try you guys out. I didn't pursue my order with Slice because I thought the staff would know it was me and possibly mess up my order. The next day I took a round about the area for the first time and was surprised to find your restaurant within 8-10minutes away. I am in the same zip code 27101 and it makes no sense that the staff says no delivery to my area, but yet the Slice app says differently-so which is it? Take your staffs word over phone or order through Slice, Please Advise. Thank You. After writing this review, it actually states that I am only 2.9miles away...Go Figure; seems to me like they have a "certain clientele" they serve... Hope this isn't the case as I would enjoy A Lot of the food on your menu. Looking forward to a response at your earliest...

If I could give 🙅NO ⭐'s I would. I had a very bad experience here and it's not fair that ppl spend their hard earned 💰 in these restaurants, and in return, these workers give their customers their asses to kiss. Long story briefly, I placed a delivery order when they first opened, and it was about 11:08. The order came to about 30 something $$'s.ok......My food didn't arrive until 12:48 so might as well say it has 2hours late. One specific meal I ordered was the lunch special wich was a lasagna, salad, and garlic bread ok?...ok... My food was cold, I had a piece of chunk salad "like an iceberg " that wasn't cut up enough in my salad, my bread was well done "almost burnt" and I had the worst lasagna ever🤢. My MF lasagna had only "2"......😡..."✌".....😠........."two" now!.... Two MF pieces of lasagna noodles in it and it didn't even cover the whole lasagna and the rest was cheese and sauce. Then the lasagna tasted like their main ingredient was a bunch of hot sauce. I won't🙅EVER. I repeat WILL NOT order from this unprofessional, non cooking, late, tired, need to be out of buisness ass...
