I am appalled at the service that I received at this particular restaurant. I went there on my lunch, which is only 45 minutes. I ended up having to return near the end of my lunch because of a dirty top on my Strawberry Lemonade and a hair in my Apple Pecan salad. My hair is dark brown and I found a blonde with gray roots hair in my salad. I am glad that I caught this before I lifted the fork. I ended up taking it back only to be met with a manager that looks like he had just graduated high school. He gave me my money back and gave me a dry "Sorry 'bout that". This pissed me off. I left telling him that he needed to make the employees that prepares the food wear a hair net and the other ones to wash their hands. I mean do they not inspect these items before they give them out. I told my coworkers about it and they said that earlier that the same thing happened with their fries and the others just stated that they hate going there because there is always something missing out of their bag. I am wondering if the hair was done on purpose since someone else had this problem or is there an old lady losing her hair? Either way this was the last of my visits to any Wendy's. I wasn't to thrilled about their salty...
Read moreOrdered late night delivery, store didnt close for 45 minutes and hadnt shut down online orders. Uber eats driver arrived and waited 20 minutes to pick up the food before they finally told her they were out of literally everything to make even the simplest items on the menu- buns, cheese, burger patties, ect. We then had to wait nearly ten minutes for it to be past 1am so that we could cancel the order without being charged nearly $50 for food we would never be getting. It really, really sucked. Why didn't the staff cancel the order, or close the online deliveries? Why didn't they tell the driver when she arrived that they would not be able to fulfil my order, and instead made her wait until just before they closed to inform her? Listen, I understand the frustrations of a late night order, unfortunately my meat for dinner was still frozen and I couldnt cook anything tonight. It's not far too late to order elsewhere, so I'm just gonna go to bed and wait until the morning to go get some food. I also used to be a consistent Wendy's customer- at this exact location- and was just trying it out again after the myriad of badly made orders that previous made me not want to eat from here. Y'all need to get...
Read moreThis afternoon, I downloaded and used the app for the first time. I decided to use an offer while ordering my kid a frosty. I added the free nugget offer, paid in the app, received my food, and drove away. I immediately reached my hand into the bag to try a nugget and could not believe how old and cold they felt. Without exaggeration and being as completely accurate as possible, the nuggets felt room temperature at best. Of course I had to confirm the lack of heat with a taste test, and yep, they were cold af. Here's the best way I can describe the lack of warmth I experienced with these nuggets: they felt and tasted like they were cooked about 2 hours prior and left out on the counter in a 67゚temperature controlled room... the entire time. There's no way they were kept in a functioning food warmer. I started to turn back and offer a bit of Karenesque feedback but felt silly complaining about something that was free (that app offer). Then I wondered, "isnt the reason why you're offering customers these freebies is because you want to promote the menu and app in a 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 way?" If so, the poor food quality is going to defeat the...
