CC's Kitchen — Restaurant in Winter Garden

My husband and I live in the Midwest and had our wedding in Florida. We searched and searched for caterers and finally found CC’s Kitchen. I was hesitant because we hadn’t gotten to try the food first, but the reviews and photos of her food looked amazing! And let me just say, I'm so thankful my husband and I chose CC’s Kitchen to cater our wedding. The team was so kind and friendly to everyone - our guests enjoyed interacting with them! CC took the time to come out of the kitchen and have a conversation with me and I am so glad. We were so, so pleased with the service and the food. And not only did they treat our guests well, they were so helpful to our other vendors - specifically our caterer for desserts. She was so thankful for the help they gave her in setting up her own display when they certainly didn’t have to. Now for the food…. Everyone we have heard from absolutely loved the food!! My husband and I sat down to eat and instantly said “wow”. I was upset I didn’t have someone make me a plate to take home with me at the end of the night! So good. We had fried chicken, baked chicken with a creamy herb sauce, greens, baked Mac n cheese, rolls, and Cesar salad. Even the little kiddos in my family who are picky eaters were eating the salad and greens! lol. And with very short notice (only a week) she gladly accommodated a few guests we had on our list who we found out were pescatarian. We had a leftover plate of theirs and their meal was delicious as well! (Salmon, rice, and broccoli). My family is reaaaally big so we have had lots of weddings with all of my cousins…I felt pretty great when my wedding food was voted the best wedding food they’ve had ☺️ highly recommend CC’s to any person considering...

I can’t say enough good things about CC’s Kitchen in Winter Garden! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming it felt like stepping right into someone’s home for Sunday dinner.

I ordered the tilapia, and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection flaky, flavorful, and fresh. The string beans were tender with just the right amount of seasoning, and the macaroni and cheese was rich, creamy, and absolutely addictive. The collard greens tasted homemade and full of love, and the cornbread was that perfect balance of sweet and buttery.(Loved the corn inside)

And don’t even get me started on the lemonade — hands down the best I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of drink that makes you pause mid-sip and say, “Wow.” It was truly Amazing

CC’s Kitchen catered an 80th birthday party for my mom. I was very disappointed with her lack of professionalism and poor customer service. She was told food was to arrive at 9 and the event began at 11. She said she didn’t want the food sitting in the warmer too long so she would arrive 1 hr before the event started. She did not arrive until 11:45; causing the event to start 1 hr late. Instead of taking accountability immediately, she lied and said she was not told the time and a number of other lies that we had the receipts to refute. She agreed the day of the event to compensate me for her tardiness and it has been 9 days and she has not agreed to an amount and has even lied about agreeing to compensate me. In addition to bad service, I received feedback that some of the food was hard/overcooked and the grits were not seasoned. I would not recommend...
