Our food showed up as originally noted, but our chicken wings had fallen out of the bag during the delivery. Our delivery driver was very apologetic and said he would bring another set of wings to us. We were disappointed, but we understand things happen.
Unfortunately, after over an hour went by and still no chicken wings, we decided to call to cancel the chicken wing order. The gentleman we spoke to on the phone was also very apologetic and said he would have to speak to the manager to get the refund submitted. The manager never got on the phone and was VERY unprofessional in the background before ultimately submitting the refund.
We understand that being in the food service industry can be a tough job, but when you are 100% at fault for not meeting your customers' expectations, you should do whatever it takes to make it right. Sadly, that didn’t happen here, and we won’t be visiting this Marco’s location again, nor will we recommended it to other people...
Read moreI have eaten here many times but after my last experience I will not be coming back. while I was waiting to order (they are extremely low staffed), manager (Richard) talked with another employee for almost 5 minutes before we were even greeted by any staff at all (only 2 people there). Then while he rang us up for our food he was just plane rude and seemed like we were bothering him for being there. we waited for almost 45 minutes when there was zero customers going in or out- he straight up forgot about our order. Then a young girl (black curly hair name with an A I don't remember very well) just clocked in and apologized after I said something because we hadn't heard a word from anyone in almost an hour. she made the 3 pizza all on her own and cashed us out while the manager Richard yelled at her from the chair on his phone! i loved my previous visits under different management much better for sure! they treat the employees and costumers like...
Read moreI called in an order over the phone and the kid on the phone had no idea what he was doing. When I asked him how many servings were in a cheesy bread, he said he had no idea. I said “Uh, 2? 10?” He said, “probably 2 I guess, they’re tiny.” At the end of the call, I had to repeat back the order to him, had to ask how long until it would be ready, and how much the total would be. The two other workers in the store were much more helpful, even double checking all toppings, sizes, and items in the order. Yummy pizza, though! They had plates, cups, napkins, and Parmesan/red pepper packets all sitting out and available to grab if you needed them, which was very helpful. My order was ready about 6 or 7 minutes after the time the (very unknowledgeable) worker said it would be ready in 20 minutes so I had to wait for a bit in the restaurant for it...
