The food is good as I always exoect it to be however the service at this location was horrible. This was around 11:30am since night time employess dont usually make these mistakes here. We ordered th new toasted chalupas, I ordered 2 and my brother a box. In his order he especified no tomatoes and no sour creme. He also asked for hot sauce while making the order and Mtdew bajablast. At the window my brother noticed the lady had th wrong drink so he asked for the drink he ordered. She also asked what kind of sauce he wanted (while placing the order we had already said hot sauce) but again we stated hot sauce since is not an issue. He got his drink, we paid and left. On the road my brother wanted to drink some but there was an issue, no straw anywhere. Now this is not unique to this location but still feels bad to not get a straw 50% of the time. Then when we opened the food the hot sauce or any sauce for that matter is nowhere to be found. So no straw, no sauce, wrong drink what else could they get wrong. My brother gets his chalupa, it says on the wrap no tomatoes no sour creme but as soon as he unwraps it th firts thing he sees, tomatoes and sour creme. I was laughting my lungs out infortunately since I think is kind of funny to get so much wrong however it is not acceptable to forget every single detail of an order. Especially if allergies for someone are a thing which in this case were not. Chances are that employee was new but that only shows that the training is lackluster. Next time I expect at...
Read moregenuinely dislike leaving reviews like these, because I've been in the position of trying to serve large quantities of quick service food, and I'm more than understanding of the grind that comes with that, especially when you're not being adequately compensated for your work (as I'm sure these girls arent)
but I have NEVER, in my 23 years of life, felt unsafe eating the food that comes out of an establishment like this. I mean let's be real, it's Taco Bell. Everyone going here is aware of what they're getting, and most of us are excited about it, lol.
There's just something about this location that feels hostile. Tonight (2/13) has been the first time in my entire life that I've thrown food I paid for in the trash because I simply don't feel safe eating it... and trust me, I'm a massive pushover.
please, please get better. this is the closest taco bell to my house and when I've got a craving for it there's NOTHING that can suffice, lol. I just don't want to be terrified during the ordering process that I've offended them and they're going to do something to my food. Tonight's ordeal was a MASSIVE clump of hair right in the center of my stacker, and I dont even think I did anything rude :( I'm such a pushover, so it's maybe a little extra painful lol.
anyways. please go back to 2021!!!! I'll pay more, I'll dine in more, whatever. I just miss my friendly neighborhood...
Read moreI am both a customer and a fellow business owner, and I had a very disappointing experience at your this Taco Bell. My order was missing a Mexican Pizza, and when I called, the employee who answered was rude and dismissive. She told me that unless I came back within 24 hours, I would “forfeit” the item. When I asked for a refund instead, she refused. I then asked for her name for reference, and she declined, citing “scam concerns.”
As a business owner myself, I know mistakes happen — but how they’re handled matters. I would never treat my customers in such a way. Refusing accountability, withholding refunds, and refusing to identify oneself to a paying customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. Businesses that don’t hold employees accountable are just as concerning as scam operations.
At the very least, I expect a refund for the missing item, and I strongly urge you to review the customer service practices at this location. Customers should never feel that their money was taken without receiving what they paid for.
