We have been using this Verizon Store for 16 years! Sometimes you get someone knowledgeable & sometimes you don't! Unfortunately, the last time we were there to purchase two Note10+ phones we did not have a good experience at all! The sales clerk that assisted us did not want to help my husband set up his new phone or transfer his info from his old phone to the new phone. When we explained that we have 1 day a week off so we needed to make sure the phone worked correctly before leaving, he just became aggravated with us! He kept telling us to do it ourselves that it takes a while. Basically, it seemed like once the money was exchanged, he didn't want anything more to do with us! When he walked away to ask a question, I asked the original women who approached us upon arrival if she could help us when she was finished with her customer and she said "No"! To ask our sales person! When I said he didn't want to help, she just blew me off! I had planned on purchasing a new tablet too but after the way were being treated, I decided to spend my money somewhere else! We have purchased the top phones, tablets, accessories etc. from this store for the last 16 years! I remember 5 years ago one of the sales persons telling us that we should only come to that store because unlike the other Verizon stores in the area, they are actually owned by Verizon so therefore they are more knowledgeable and can be more helpful! After the way we were treated this past visit, we will Not be doing business at this store again! The "buy one get one free" on the Note 10+ was a gimmick and the second phone was "NOT" free as described! Even though we pointed out the ad in black & white in their own store! Took a picture of their ad and pointed out to some guy the salesman brought over, the guy just said, well regardless what that says, you only get up to $700+ credit towards 2nd phone! When we said fine, we just want to pay for the phone in full then, we were told we couldn't do that and still get a discount! The whole experience was horrible! Our salesman behaved in a lazy manner as if he didn't want to do anymore work then he absolutely had to! He actually had the guts to try to keep pushing us to spend more money on accessories! After the whole BOGO scam, there was no way I was spending more money there so this guy could earn commission on being an impatient jerk to us! I couldn't believe it!! If you want good customer service & support, go to a different Verizon store! These people only care about selling items and taking your money! I'll be taking my business along with every friend I can warn to do the same to a...
Read moreWent there for an upgrade today (Monday) to my current older XS IPhone model after visiting a few days earlier and told to come back Friday when the 16 model comes in. Could not make it Friday so came in Monday. So, he Brought out the new 16 model. After starting to transfer over data I noticed the 16 was barely larger than my XS. I informed them a few days earlier when I was in the only reason for upgrading was to get a larger screen so this was not going to work. Already paid the $125 total due before starting which includes taxes on the new phone, activation fee and data transfer fee which in itself is ridiculous. So, I say stop what you’re doing and get me the 16 plus. The plus is $100 more which I now need to pay $7 more taxes on. Comes back and informs me not in stock and will be sent to my home in 2 Days. Now due is another $57. What happened to the $7? At this point I had enough of the BS and cancelled the upgrade. Comes back after speaking with Manager and now tries to tell me he made a mistake and there was an error charging me a restocking fee. On top of it last week I added a new phone and line to my account where they said the $35 activation fee would be waived and when viewing my new bill today it was still on the total. I questioned this and he made some excuse, came back and said it was now taken care of. Sure, because I complained. At this point I had enough of the BS and lies and trying to scam money from me so I canceled Everything and left. I am now switching carriers for all 4 lines I have due to them...
