Okay. So, I have to update my review.

First thing- their seafood bags are delicious. I highly recommend the hungry crab medium seasoning. It provides a robust of flavors that has satisfied my appetite both times that I visited.

Second thing- their service is great! The hostesses and waiters are a great addition to this family- friendly restaurant. The atmosphere is beyond comfortable.

Now, what made me lower my rating was the alcoholic beverages which were tasteless. My Hurricane was weak and tasted watered down. So weak that I asked to replace it. The waiter suggested a Watermelon Cosmo... Better, but not good. My husband also didn't care for his Jim beam drink. I chose not to replace the drinks as I didn't want to become a nuisance. But, my husband and I like a good cocktail when eating with the family.

Lastly, their drinking water is amazingly disgusting!!!! Do not order the water. I recommend they either purchase a purifier or sell bottled water. You've been warned

The atmosphere was very laid back and our server was awesome! She was informative and made great sauce suggestions.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in years literally was calling the police for over 20 minutes straight and nobody would answer the phone I had to call the Winterhaven location different someone over there to tell me that they are open and they don’t know why they’re not answering from a business professional standpoint you should never go over 20 minutes not answering the phone for your business it could definitely cost you Business and a loyal customer which exactly happened tonight I go there all the time they have my number saved and they know my order by heart so the fact that I was treated like this tonight really disappoints me the manager gets on the phone and claims that he’s sorry but does not seem sincere to management when it came in and tried to accommodate me someway somehow I made it very clear that I was not trying to get anything for free I am willing to pay for my food but I do feel that since I’ve driven past a restaurant all the way to my house not knowing if they were open or not that’s the reason of my calling and to place my order that I think it’s only right for some type of accommodation for me to drive back and give their business a second chance but the manager for some reason does not see that it seems to me these type of people always want to find a cheaper way out and don’t care about the customers happiness. The first person you see this the young lady at the counter, most the times it's a couple of them together chatting or on their phones. They greet you, ask the standard of picking up or dining in. We are dining in. Walk you to your seat and tell you your server will be with you, enjoy.. The menu is 98 percent seafood so don't think you will find something here if you don't eat fish seafood, chicken, or sausage. Ordered calamari and fried pickles to start. Breaded in house, had both rings and tentacles. Flaky crust it was just too greasy for my stomach. My friend ate the fried pickles, no complaints from her. Then we both ordered boils. She had shrimp and sauce, I had mussels shrimp and sausage. You get your bud lite bucket of goodies, plates, bib wipes gloves. Our food came out in a plastic bag inflated with steam heat. The server tosses the bags upside down and back up right side 2 good time and asks if We wanted her to open them. No thanks we are good. My friend got garlic butter for her boil. I got the hungry sauce which is all the sauce choices mixed together. I am a saucy type of person. The seafood was good not a fan of having to peel my shrimp but at least it was cleaned.
