Rainbow Shops — Local services in Winter Haven

First I would like to say how rude the staff was upon entering this store on 1516 3rd St. SW Winter Haven Fl. On July 2nd at approximately 4:30 pm...we entered Rainbow to do some shopping...it was 2 staff on the floor and 2 staff behind the counter...we were not greeted or acknowledged at all...we proceeded to shop as they communicated with eachother in spanish...laughing and speaking very loud across the store.After about 25 minutes later a Puerto- Rican couple walked in they were greeted and talked to. I did address the younglady behind the counter of the matter. We put our items back and left the store. I called the BBB of this matter because I spend my money jus like anyone else and employers need to hire people with...

I just went to your store.. first i went to big lots then dollar store and right in the same shoping center your store .. I was allowed to use the shoping cart in the parking lot in the first two stores i was not allowed to bring the cart in your store.. have you ever carried a 6 month around wile trying to shop for clothes ? Do you offer something to out my baby in ? Even departmant stores are now providing carts for babys .. did you know more then likely at least half your costumers are mothers? I need 2 hands to shuffle through clothes ..you have lost my business being i have to find a sitter before I can shop at your store .. that's a shame i have credit cards burning a hole...

If I could get this location zero stars. I was there last weekend to buy an outfit for an event I was going to and when I got home, I saw that there were two shirts on clearance in my bag that I had paid for, however I did not visit the clearance section at all, nor were there any other items on the counter when I came to check out so that leads me to believe that the cashier who I believe was a manager, added stuff to my total to boost her sales and get rid of her clearance. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PARTICULAR RAINBOW AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND OTHERS CHECK YOUR BAG AND YOUR RECEIPT RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY’RE NOT ADDING STUFF TO YOUR ACCOUNT THAT...
