Subway — Restaurant in Wintersville

Poor service. I placed an order online for the first time. When I got there to pick it up it wasn't ready. I had waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged and finally finding out the order wasn't ready. The employee kept asking my name and questioning if maybe it was under another name. I told her repeatedly I had used the app to order for the first time and maybe I did it wrong. She finally took my phone and saw that I didn't give the payment info. Finally they made my sandwich. When I checked out they charged me $1.00 more than the price on the app. Very disappointed being asked repeatedly and making me feel like I did something wrong. Will not return to that...

The girl who made my food, her name I forget, a attractive blonde, had the worst attitude ever. I felt like I was bothering her bc i was trying to get my food. I actually apologized when ordering the extras I wanted on my sandwich bc I felt like a massive burden. The food is great. Her, not so much.
