Update- spoke to the district manager (he proactively called me) and he confirmed that employee's are not allowed to ask you to pull around across sunset blvd while you are at the window. I'm glad to hear this demand from one employee is not a company or restaurant policy and hope this will keep others safety first in mind so everyone can return home safely! Thank you
Just left Tim Hortons on sunset, they didn't tell me the donuts I ordered weren't ready (if they did I would have just got something else) so they told me to cross four lanes of traffic to go sit in the parking lot after I already paid. I said I can't do that safely, can I sit in the dairy queen parking lot instead, they said no.... I then said well I guess if I get in an accident it's your fault right? Then he yelled at me and said... then I can't help you and slammed the window. So I parked at dairy Queen walked over and the doors were all locked because the inside is closed for some reason. I asked for my money back through the window pointing at my credit card because they didn't give me all my food and stole my money at that point. The manager came out and said he would still give me the food, which I didn't even want at that point for fear of what he would do to it. When I said that he told me I was an awful person for even suggesting that.....really I'm the awful person for not wanting to cross a four lane road at 11am on a Saturday morning and get T-boned? Four cars pulled up and left while this was occuring because the interior was closed, old men get mad I guess when they can't sit inside to eat. They ended up giving me my food which was wrong twice. This is very sad for me, I have gone to this tim Hortons for over a decade and to see the state of things today was depressing. I guess they are on their last leg, time to close down and...
Read moreWell I just went to the drive thru, I ordered a large coffee with 3 cream and 20 plain tidbits. I wasn't given a total or asked to pull up. A moment later they began again as if I were s different customer and I said "yes I just ordered, coffee and timbits" she said 'oh well.you gotta pull ahead" I did. She handed my coffee and said $2.19. I said I had a 20 pack of plain timbits too. She said, "oh I didn't hear that" got my timbits and said $10.09 or such which seemed off to me but I said nothing things had been difficult enough and at least I got my stuff. As im getting started I realize of course it was so expensive she sold me a 40 pack. Which I certainly cant eat all of, did not want, did not ask for and did certainly not want to pay for this stuff I didn't ask for just because you're employee wasn't paying attention to what mUst be her main responsibility. I just wanted to share my experience, today Thursday the 9th...
Read moreUpdate: I really don't understand how a company can charge 2$ for a product (cream cheese) and the employees don't even add it to your sandwich. Is it just my luck? Or are their employees just that lazy? I work fast food. This is just crazy.
Hello and good afternoon 😁 thank you for reading my review! Today I ordered off door dash (I don't have a car during the day) and I ordered timbits which they didn't have and swapped them out for a horrible selection of donuts. I wish they would have had the dasher contact me for a preference. I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. They said the plain bagel was also out of stock so they swapped it for an everything which I was fine with as I like them. But as you can see in the photo, being charged for cream cheese and getting this is just outrageous. I'm extremely disappointed with this store. Have an...
