If I could leave 0 stars I would. Roger and the cook were great and this review is based solely on the actions or the owner/manager. I booked a memorial dinner here for a birthday for 13 people at 7pm on 3/27/24 for someone who liked all things Viking, I booked the reservation at least a month in advance, called to confirm 2 days before the dinner and was told it was all set. Upon arrival with an entire empty place, we were told that nobody told the cook or bartender that a party of 13 was coming. We all had to order in sets of 2 since there was only 1 cook. Nobody ate together as plates came out at different times, when I left at 9pm 2 hours later, 4 people in my party were just getting their food 2 hours later. A manager should have been present and in that kitchen helping the cook, or in the building at the very least to help out when you book a reservation for 13 with 1 bartender and 1 cook. Your mediocre service turned what was supposed to be a nice get together into anything but that. I will never book another reservation here. We waited just to be noticed for 15 mins, another 10 for a beer and a water. The bartender was by herself, and it was busy. Lots of people watching the Celtics playoff game. We ordered 12 wings with bbq and nachos. 30 mins later, we get naked wings and nachos. The wings went back to get sauce. The nachos were good but were only cheese, sour cream, yummy guac, and bacon. No ground beef? Weird. We ordered burgers at the same time as the apps. Another 40 mins, no burgers. I asked our server to make them to-go and bring us the check. The place was freezing, all doors were propped open and that with the the screaming, clapping and cheering we couldn't talk to each other and we were just ready to leave. The bartender was apologizing to everyone she dealt with about the wait. We tipped her well. None of this was her fault, bad management. She was running around like a chicken the whole time. We won't go back. But, the food was good, once we got home and tried the burgers, they were pretty good. Maybe a good take out place every...
