Hello Everyone. This was my first time in Winthrop because my girlfriend brought me with her to watch her get her nails done and while I was waiting for her to be done I walked into this little cafe spot and all I have to say is …… OMG. Their food and smoothies are so delicious. I ordered the strawberry banana with Orange juice instead with a chicken salad on a everything bagel. It was so good that I went back again to get seconds. It is a little pricey 20$ each time but it was worth it and the people there are really nice. The guy at the counter made a good suggestion about their carrot cake and the lady was really polite and patient with my order. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting stop in. They are stored cold, so let them come to room temp for optimal taste and texture, but I do enjoy!

Way better than gas station muffins with vegetable oil, and they’re lower in fat. A nice treat.

I tried a small taste of each flavor, and the sin-a-muffin, berry blast, cappuccino, and birthday cake were my favs. Some muffins had a soft and fresh texture when at room temp, but others were still harder (maybe not as fresh. Will have to toast them).

I’ll have to come back for more at a later date, but less than $3 a muffin is not bad and it will last me a while...
