I was there Friday October 27th at about 5:15pm and I can most definitely say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a Dunkin Donuts. When I walked in there was a man walking out and he said "Good Luck". I went in and the line was 6 deep with one girl on the registers and another just walking around occasionally moving cups around. The girl on the registers was on her phone and had to ask every patron several times what they wanted. People in the line were yelling for her to get off the phone but she did not. When I finally made it up to the registers (about 14 minutes after I walked in) I myself had to tell her 5 times what I ordered and had to repeat how I wanted my coffee 4 times. She remained on her cell phone the entire time and I could hear a woman on the other end of the phone talking loudly. I told her she should not be on the phone like that but she just said sorry and kept the phone on. In the end she got my coffee wrong (added WAAAY too much sugar) and gave me the wrong donut (asked for pumpkin got blueberry). I will never go back to this DD again.    Read moreI have been a regular for many years, average time 5:45am arrival. Opens at 5:00am, NEVER have muffins ready at that time! Last month all employees have changed, nobody seems to be in the CS mode. I order on the Mobil app from 3 miles away, and my order is NEVER ready when I arrive, and it is not due to customer workload. I believe it is time to find a new morning stop, today only had old coffee cake muffins available, and when I arrived two employees shooting the sh*t and had not even started to make my drink I ordered 5 minutes prior, NOBODY IN STORE!!! I think the Owner, GM, and Manager need to get a game plan together, this location has gone downhill fast! I cannot even be mad because there was only 1 young lady working with a line nearly at the door along with mobile orders coming in. I noticed she had a wrap around her knee and felt bad she was working so hard. My friend waiting in the car tells me he sees another Dunkin working in the back smoking and on his phone while this poor girl had to deal with this rush by herself.
