I don’t order online because it asks for a tip and if the cook sees there is no tip then it’s safe to say your order won’t be made with love. Instead with hate. I’ll explain the animosity extended . So I ordered on the phone, picked up with credit card and had to sign the receipt, also asking for a tip. And this review is for Pizza Hut as a whole also, why do you think I should have to tip the crew for making my pizza? Isn’t that their job? Are you not paying them enough? I worked there for one week a couple years ago for $10 an hour. And I did a great job but the money is obviously not enough to live on, let alone get to and from work. So as I put my pizza in the passenger seat I can hear the guy crumbling the receipt up. If this isn’t pure entertainment I don’t know what is. I mean don’t they usually keep that receipt? I don’t know I could be wrong, I could be an a$$hole for this review. Then to top it off I get home and no 2x ranch I ordered totaling $1.50 and for at least the 3rd time my pizza is half crust. View photos and determine for yourself. Now Im looking into contacting a general manager because last time they credited almost my whole order because I complained. I’m not looking for free food I’m looking for presentable food made with love and respect. We eat Pizza Hut quite a bit (view pic) and would like to see more of our pizzas made correctly because I’m sure this isn’t the type of pizza they want going out the door. Read morei placed an online order an hour before they closed and the online tracker estimated it would be there at 10:27 but the status didn’t change for a while so i tried calling because they closed in 15 minutes at that point and i got no answer so i called back and still no answer. i called 10 times waiting a minute between each call and got transferred to a pizza hut call center who transferred my call back to the store at this point it was 11:20 and they had been closed for 20 minutes but they finally answered the phone and told me my driver left already and he should be there any minute so i went to wait outside in the cold because the tracker was useless at that point and he still took 15 minutes to get there after the phone call 1000% recommend just going to pick it up yourself if you don’t want your...

We were impressed that the wait time was only 20 minutes, and the food was ready at the designated time. The employees were professional and on top of everything, and the restaurant was incredibly clean.
My only complaint is that the website wouldn't let me create a loyalty account. I kept getting an error message every time I tried, but the message wouldn't tell me what the problem was. I realize this isn't the local store's...
