Just got to experience Hardee's customer service and management interaction.. The young man missed the order all together. When placing order 1st time. After repeated order numerous times after that. Drive to window. $35.00 dollar order. We received 1 cheeseburger. Meal, I shorted a large fries. So another shorter women. Started to demand for a recipe ( Which the gentleman never gave us.) Then the shorter women said to us. And I quot " Let me see the brown bag. (Which we was not giving. We just received a plastic bag. But the young man who took order picked brown bag up and started to walk off. At that point I said the gentleman picked brown bag. Then all of a sudden the bag appears. Then asked about strawberry milkshake. We where told we had to go back and order milkshake again. So we do that. Pull around to pay and gave the same gentleman who took order $10.15. The shake was $5.15. Then didn't get the ,,$5 in change back. Had to sit in drive thru couple mine. Then had to yell at them to open window up. So 2 ladies disappeared. They went and counted the cash register. Before we got $5.00 back. Never have i been told i stole fries. And I lied about the $5.00. Sad shape the evening shift is here in coeburn. Wish they would have took better notes from breakfast crew. Ill not be stopping at that Hardee's after breakfast anymore. Whoever ownes the franchise should really think about different managers. I just tossed food in trash. Wasn't feeling brave enough to eat food nor did I have appetite after this interaction. When I asked for store number. Manger refused to give number. This place is horrible. Talking about false things. My mother got police called on her because of a guy. Everyone who worked there knew him and took his side! It's stupid... my mother was on the phone with my father showing him a brown tint from asphalt. So the people at hardees said they wanted my mother for trespass. I was interviewing there and then this guy was talking to his kids, heck my mother talk to her kids the same way.
