Livs Juice + Acai Bar — Restaurant in Woburn

I was really in the mood for some fresh mixed juice, and even though there is a spot down the road, I have driven past Liv's multiple times and thought I would give it a go.

The location is pretty nice, looked to be very clean and organized. The menu was 10 ft up, tucked away in a corner, so it took me a second to find it, and then arch my neck and figure out what I wanted.

I turn to the counter where the gentleman was busy texting on his phone. I ordered the juice, expecting them to actually make it right there, but apparently that wasn't to be. All of the "fresh" juices were in bottles in the fridge next to the counter, which the server pointed out to me when he was done texting.

The juice was OK, but one size, 12 Oz, for $8, and it wasn't as fresh as I was hoping for.

A little disappointing, to be honest, but not a completely...

I normally love getting my smoothies from here. I usually place my order to-go on their website for easier pickup. However, as I was heading into Boston for the day last week, I placed my order in my phone for 2 smoothies..my order was scheduled for pickup 15 minutes later, my credit card got charged... I pulled up to the location, and they were closed. This was at 1115am on a Wednesday morning. Hours are posted, indicated they were open. However, doors were locked, lights were off. I called the other location to speak to a manager to discuss the issue, the women on the phone informed me there was no manager in and she "didn't know what was happening at the Woburn location". I have since called twice and still have yet so speak...

I live in Woburn , and I usually prefer to use the Liv’s on Woburn to get around. But generally, I always encounter some problems with the orders I place from here. They make the smoothies too liquid. Smoothies should be thicker. I told a friend about this before to change it. He just added ice to make it thicker. Now, I also bought energy balls. Most likely, they just made the energy balls and put them in the fridge. Instead of cooling down and becoming thicker, the energy balls were not the right consistency because they were freshly made. The Livs’s in Medford is much better. I am more satisfied with the products I get there and don’t face any problems. Usually, the service they offer there is...
