Starbucks — Restaurant in Woburn

This is about the Starbucks inside Target, not the one outside with the drive thru. The people who work here are all very nice, BUT they have been without Decaf coffee of any kind for the past 7 months! I am 7 months pregnant and need Decaf or half-caf coffee, and I have been completely unable to shop at this location during my entire pregnancy. They keep saying "the Decaf machine is broken." Today I was told "they never fix anything here" which is clearly the truth. So disappointed and entirely...

It's fascinating how downhill Starbucks has gone. The service my friend and I had (separately) today was far worse than the service I've ever had. I worked there for a long time and I'm well aware of the expectation of customer service. There was a tall young guy working and he could not have been more rude. I was moving away from Starbucks anyways because the price had gone up, the drinks are not like they used to be and the interpersonal skills are seriously lacking but this solidified it...

Most of the staff here are amazing my only issue is that they do need to train the girls properly on how to make certain drinks. As a customer who has never worked at a Starbucks, I should not be the one telling the barista how to make my drink and if they are new, they should be told if they do not know how to make a drink to ask for help asking for help would...
