Major department is in disarray at all times. Electronics Dept looks like a little kid put it together. Further more, I had the worst experience in Customer Service in recent memory there. took me 25 minutes to buy a product. After the purchase I couldn't get a receipt due to printer issues and the associate (no name tag) flipped out, swore, and then was frustrated because I wanted a receipt. Brought me to the customer service space (brought is a loose term, I walked and he walked far ahead and away from me). Then, the associate said she will deal with it (pointing at a manager maybe?). Then the manager left me at the booth and said I will be right back. 5 min later, I have a paper receipt. It's amazing that I wanted confirmation that my card wasn't charged more than expected but their printer issue was my problem. Don't you want people to have receipts when they walk out with a bag of goods? I'm at a loss. I'll go elsewhere...
Read moreI placed an order yesterday at 4:02 for a pickup which should have been ready at 6:02 (I have had many many good experiences at this location but recently it's gone more and more downhill so it warrants review). I go to pickup my order assuming it would be ready because it was just after the 2 hour promise window for curbside pickup. I get there, my order is still processing. I leave and go home and it's nearly 7pm when I get the notification it's ready. I reached out to customer service to see if they could arrange a one time free delivery but they declined and said they would just talk to management. On a side note, when I do go in this store, it's very un-shoppable, there are always pallets of product in the middle of the aisles, low inventory (especially in seasonal), and it's overall just not a clean store. Read moreNO customer service help whatsoever & that's just to answer the phone! I called ahead of time to see if they had a particular item so I could avoid a trip there in case they didn't have it. The phone must have rang 20x before someone finally answered it. The woman said "Let me as ask this department if they have it, I'm not sure." Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring same thing rang 15-20 times, no answer & the same woman comes on the line asking if she can help. I told her I was the same customer looking for this item & she said "Oh, no one answered the phone?" I said, "No, no one did." Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring again 10x. Finally I just hung up, got in my car & went down there only to be told of course they didn't have it. What a surprise. Gee, I wonder if I could have AVOIDED THE ORDEAL IF SOMEONE COULD HAVE JUST PICKED UP THE PHONE & TOLD ME?...
